Le deuxi\u00e8me outil \u00e0 la disposition du franchiseur pour transmettre son savoir-faire est le manuel op\u00e9ratoire<\/b> (appel\u00e9 aussi bible en Europe ou aux Am\u00e9riques.). C’est un document complexe, \u00e0 vocation p\u00e9dagogique et programmatique, soigneusement pr\u00e9par\u00e9 par le franchiseur, clair, performant et \u00e9volutif afin de tenir compte des am\u00e9liorations et des \u00e9ventuels perfectionnements apport\u00e9s par le franchiseur. Le manuel op\u00e9ratoire doit d\u00e9tailler, lister et expliquer l’ensemble des techniques (de fabrication et \/ou commercialisation, marketing, gestion, etc.), proc\u00e9dures, m\u00e9thodes, pratiques, outils et processus sp\u00e9cifiques mis en place et test\u00e9s par le franchiseur. Les manuels op\u00e9ratoires sont remis au franchis\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019issue de la formation initiale et une fois que le contrat aura \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9.<\/p>\n
