Des questions de base car au-del\u00e0 de son caract\u00e8re innovant, un concept n\u2019est franchisable que s\u2019il r\u00e9pond \u00e0 des crit\u00e8res pr\u00e9cis et incontournables\u00a0: originalit\u00e9, caract\u00e8re distinctif, gestion, savoir-faire<\/a>, communication interne et externe, logistique<\/b> etc. Si le syst\u00e8me en franchise a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 depuis plusieurs d\u00e9cennies qu\u2019il avait une pertinence certaine et ce sur les march\u00e9s du monde entier, encore faut-il qu\u2019il r\u00e9ponde \u00e0 un minimum de conditions pour exister, perdurer et se d\u00e9velopper.<\/b><\/span> <\/b><\/p>\n

La franchise est un accord entre deux partenaires ind\u00e9pendants qui ont chacun des droits et des devoirs<\/b> l\u2019un envers l\u2019autre. Une bonne franchise repose sur la responsabilit\u00e9 des uns et des autres et doit \u00eatre formul\u00e9e tr\u00e8s clairement dans le contrat et dans les relations de travail. Un march\u00e9 qu\u2019il faut maitriser pour proposer un concept diff\u00e9renci\u00e9<\/h3>\n
Pour r\u00e9ussir en franchise, il ne suffit pas de surfer sur une vague \u00e9conomico-sociale<\/b>\u00a0: en d\u2019autres termes, si un march\u00e9 s\u2019ouvre, il ne suffit pas de s\u2019y engouffrer mais il est n\u00e9cessaire pour se diff\u00e9rencier de montrer un caract\u00e8re distinctif sur son cr\u00e9neau. Exemple\u00a0: faire des Burgers \u00e0 l\u2019heure o\u00f9 une majorit\u00e9 des actifs mangent \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur et ne disposent que de peu de temps, c\u2019est surfer sur la tendance de la consommation mais cela ne sufffira pas face \u00e0 tous les concurrents qui se lancent actuellement sur ce produit car nombreux seront les \u00e9checs comme dans chaque mouvement de mode.<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

La franchise : un syst\u00e8me qui a ses r\u00e8gles \u00e0 respecter<\/h3>\n
Une enseigne de franchise doit \u00eatre reconnaissable partout o\u00f9 elle se trouve<\/b>. Au-del\u00e0 du logo et de l\u2019architecture du lieu de vente. Quant aux produits, le choix n\u2019est pas toujours universel quelque soit le magasin ou l’endroit mais il doit toujours \u00eatre fid\u00e8lement associ\u00e9 aux promesses et \u00e0 l’image de la marque<\/b>.\u00a0
Exemple : que faire quand un produit ne fonctionne pas dans 80% des franchises\u00a0? Le franchiseur peut d\u00e9cider de le retirer de la vente ou pas. Mais que dire aux 20% des franchis\u00e9s chez qui il marche. C\u2019est la probl\u00e9matique souvent rencontr\u00e9e par les t\u00eates de r\u00e9seau qui doivent toujours garder en t\u00eate le maintien de l\u2019uniformit\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019offre partout o\u00f9 se trouve l\u2019enseigne tout en restant loyales vis-\u00e0-vis de tous les franchis\u00e9s<\/b>. Et donc, parfois, faire des exceptions \u00e0 conditions qu\u2019elles ne nuisent pas \u00e0 l\u2019image.

D’autre part, un concept unique, donc poss\u00e8dant des sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s que les autres n\u2019ont pas, ne suffit pas. Il faut d\u00e9montrer aussi que ce concept s\u2019appuie sur un savoir-faire, une gestion, une logistique qui a prouv\u00e9 son efficacit\u00e9<\/b>. Un bon concept, ce n\u2019est pas uniquement une bonne id\u00e9e dans un secteur donn\u00e9 \u00e0 un moment T mais une gestion d\u2019entreprise efficace qui va permettre aux franchis\u00e9s de bien vendre le produit ou le service. En d\u2019autres termes, il faut que la technologie suive, la logistique aussi et bien en amont le marketing que la strat\u00e9gie de l\u2019entreprise a mis en place.<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Un r\u00e9seau doit communiquer pour \u00e9voluer et durer<\/h3>\n
Les franchis\u00e9s ont en commun la marque affich\u00e9e au-dessus de la vitrine de leur boutique mais ce n\u2019est que la partie visible de l\u2019iceberg. \u00a0pour que le r\u00e9seau fonctionne, \u00a0un \u00e9change r\u00e9gulier doit avoir lieu entre la t\u00eate de r\u00e9seau et ses franchis\u00e9s (pas \u00e0 sens unique mais dans les deux sens<\/b>) afin d\u2019uniformiser ses m\u00e9thodes mais aussi de faire \u00e9voluer son concept et son savoir-faire. \u00a0La franchise est un syst\u00e8me de commercialisation qui doit valoriser les entrepreneurs et viser le long terme.<\/b><\/span> <\/b> \u00a0 \u00a0
Tout doit \u00eatre fait pour permettre une expansion du r\u00e9seau et la richesse ne vient pas que d\u2019en haut mais aussi des adh\u00e9rents qui ont un contact permanent avec la client\u00e8le\u00a0: celle qu\u2019il faut recruter, connaitre pour la fid\u00e9liser et faire grandir l\u2019entreprise dans sa globalit\u00e9. C\u2019est le client qui d\u00e9cide\u00a0: entre le moment o\u00f9 il est recrut\u00e9 et celui o\u00f9 il passe en phase de fid\u00e9lisation, le franchis\u00e9 aura effectu\u00e9 un travail de commercial efficace gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un produit ou service ad\u00e9quat, des op\u00e9rations marketing bien cibl\u00e9es et un savoir-faire \u00e9prouv\u00e9. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Si chacun respecte ses engagements, un concept de franchise a toutes ses chances de r\u00e9ussir, si chacun ne voit que son propre int\u00e9r\u00eat, l\u2019aventure risque de ne pas durer longtemps. Le syst\u00e8me en franchise ne fonctionnera qu\u2019\u00e0 ces conditions. <\/b><\/p>\n
