Ventes en nette augmentation, satisfaction client, strat\u00e9gie de communication pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9e\u2026 le r\u00e9seau sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans la fabrication et la distribution des cuisines \u00e9quip\u00e9es a atteint, haut la main, tous ses objectifs. Op\u00e9rant sur un march\u00e9 en plein essor, la franchise SoCoo\u2019c a enregistr\u00e9 une croissance de +20% en 2016 et a fait un bond de +29% de ses ventes en 2017<\/b>. Le r\u00e9seau a ainsi vendu plus de 30 000 cuisines, soit une progression de 42% par rapport \u00e0 2016. <\/p>\n Ce r\u00e9sultat ne s\u2019est pas fait au d\u00e9triment de la satisfaction client qui a connue, elle aussi, une progression de 8 points <\/b>de l\u2019indicateur de recommandations clients NPS (Net Promoter Score). <\/p>\n Ce sont les \u00e9quipes et les magasins SoCoo\u2019c qui ont rendu ces r\u00e9sultats possibles. Avec 132 points de vente, le succ\u00e8s fulgurant de la franchise SoCoo\u2019c tient \u00e0 son concept novateur, mais \u00e9galement \u00e0 l\u2019engagement des \u00e9quipes en magasin aupr\u00e8s de leurs clients. Forte de ces valeurs, l\u2019enseigne compte poursuivre sur sa lanc\u00e9e en 2018 avec un objectif affich\u00e9 de 11 nouvelles ouvertures et la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une centaine de postes de kitcheners et de managers partout en France. <\/p>\n Le volet marketing et communication n\u2019est pas en reste. SoCoo\u2019c, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 prim\u00e9e pour sa campagne TV r\u00e9ussie lors de la derni\u00e8re du prix Effie, investira davantage dans les campagnes sur les m\u00e9dias nationaux (TV et radio) et dans le digital, pr\u00e9cise Jennifer Remaud responsable marketing de l\u2019enseigne<\/b>.
