Un concept dont la pertinence vient d\u2019\u00eatre prouv\u00e9e, une nouvelle fois, \u00e0 travers l\u2019\u00e9tude INCA 3. <\/p>\nEn effet, l\u2019\u00e9tude en question, men\u00e9e entre 2014 et 2015 sur un \u00e9chantillon de 5800 personnes, r\u00e9v\u00e8le que plus de la moiti\u00e9 des Fran\u00e7ais sont en surcharge pond\u00e9rale et ce n’est pas vraiment tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rent en Belgique<\/b>. Dans le d\u00e9tail, le taux d\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 atteint 17 % et celui de surpoids est de 34 % chez les adultes de 18 \u00e0 79. Autant de personnes qui peuvent se tourner vers le r\u00e9seau dietplus afin de retrouver la forme durablement sans restriction, carence ni effet yo-yo.<\/p>\n
Autre point int\u00e9ressant de l\u2019\u00e9tude de l\u2019Anses\u00a0: la consommation de compl\u00e9ments alimentaires a \u00e9volu\u00e9 de 9% par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2006\/2007 (pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente \u00e9tude) et concerne d\u00e9sormais\u00a029% des Fran\u00e7ais adultes<\/b>.
