Un logo pour signaler les produits recyclables : Le \u00ab Triman \u00bb, pictogramme repr\u00e9sentant un bonhomme de profil tendant la main vers trois fl\u00e8ches, est depuis le 1er janvier 2015 le logo de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour indiquer qu\u2019un produit se recycle<\/b>, selon un d\u00e9cret paru vendredi 26 d\u00e9cembre 2014\u00a0 au Journal Officiel.<\/span> <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Le Triman informe le consommateur<\/h3>\n
\u00ab Tout metteur sur le march\u00e9 de produits pouvant faire l\u2019objet d\u2019un recyclage de mani\u00e8re effective (…) informe le consommateur par une signal\u00e9tique commune que ceux-ci rel\u00e8vent d\u2019une consigne de tri<\/i> \u00bb, stipule le d\u00e9cret.<\/p>\n

Ces dispositions \u00ab entrent en vigueur le 1er janvier 2015\u2033, pr\u00e9cise-t-il. Le Triman, d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent sur quelques emballages dont des bouteilles et canettes d\u2019Orangina et de Schweppes, a pour objectif d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le tri chez les Fran\u00e7ais<\/b>. Les pouvoirs publics esp\u00e8rent aussi qu\u2019il poussera les industriels \u00e0 investir dans des produits plus \u00e9cologiques. La cr\u00e9ation de ce logo s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre de la loi sur la simplification de la vie des entreprises promulgu\u00e9e en janvier dernier.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Faire tomber les masques <\/h3>\n
La mise en place de ce logo, n\u00e9 du Grenelle de l\u2019Environnement, \u00e9tait initialement pr\u00e9vue d\u00e8s 2012. Mais elle s\u2019est heurt\u00e9e \u00e0 une forte opposition, notamment des industriels qui ont invoqu\u00e9 son co\u00fbt et le fait que, selon eux, il allait encore complexifier la signal\u00e9tique du tri.

Tous les produits dot\u00e9s d\u2019une consigne de tri, \u00e0 l\u2019exception du verre sont concern\u00e9s. A noter : le \u00ab point vert \u00bb signifie qu\u2019une entreprise s\u2019acquitte de l\u2019\u00e9co-contribution. Cela peut cr\u00e9er une confusion, d\u00e9nonc\u00e9e par la Cour des comptes en mars dernier<\/a>, alors que le d\u00e9bat sur la mise en place du logo triman faisait encore rage.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Le point vert, ci-contre, ne signifie donc pas que le produit est recyclable. Lorsqu\u2019il est pr\u00e9sent sur un produit, il signale que le fabriquant du produit verse une somme \u00e0 Eco-Emballage, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui aide les collectivit\u00e9s locales \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper la collecte s\u00e9lective et la valorisation des d\u00e9chets m\u00e9nagers.<\/p>\n

Avant, le logo qui indiquait qu\u2019un produit peut \u00eatre recycl\u00e9 \u00e9tait celui qui repr\u00e9sente trois fl\u00e8ches<\/b> (voir ci-contre). Ce logo indique qu\u2019un produit est issu du recyclage et qu\u2019il peut de ce fait, \u00eatre lui-m\u00eame recycl\u00e9.
