La formation est l’outil principal du franchiseur pour transmettre son savoir-faire \u00e0 ses franchis\u00e9s. Pour \u00eatre efficace, une formation doit r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des franchis\u00e9s, elle doit permettre \u00e0 ces derniers de dupliquer le concept du franchiseur dans les meilleures conditions possibles.<\/p>\n

Cette formation initiale <\/b>doit contenir des \u00e9l\u00e9ments sur la partie pratique, la partie technique mais \u00e9galement sur la partie commerciale, marketing, gestion Par la suite, en fonction de la sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 de l’enseigne, il va falloir d\u00e9velopper certains points.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

L’id\u00e9e est qu’un franchis\u00e9 puisse – \u00e0 l’issue d’une formation initiale – \u00eatre quasiment autonome<\/b> pour pouvoir mener \u00e0 bien son entreprise et r\u00e9ussir. Par la suite, cette formation sera compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par la formation continue. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Parmi les grands th\u00e8mes il y a le commercial. <\/b>C’est un point important, il faut que le franchis\u00e9\u00a0et son \u00e9quipe puissent \u00eatre form\u00e9s sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 commercial si l’on est sur une enseigne de commerce par exemple. Si l’on est sur une enseigne de services – le c\u00f4t\u00e9 commercial l\u00e0 aussi est important \u0096 le savoir-faire de l’enseigne doit \u00eatre transmis en plus de toute une approche marketing pour pouvoir mener des op\u00e9rations marketing sur le plan local.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Il y a aussi le c\u00f4t\u00e9 gestion<\/strong>. Le franchis\u00e9 est un entrepreneur qui doit savoir piloter son entreprise. Et l\u00e0, plus il aura un pilotage fin et plus ses chances de r\u00e9ussir seront importantes. Il pourra performer et peut \u00eatre de se d\u00e9velopper avec un deuxi\u00e8me magasin s’il a pu bien profiter de cette formation initiale avec un niveau qualitatif et cette formation continue.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Une formation initiale dure souvent\u00a06 voire 12 semaines. Certaines enseignes peuvent aller jusqu’\u00e0 25 semaines de formation initiale, c’est vraiment le maximum ! Mon message pour les franchis\u00e9s est que si vous rentrez dans une enseigne o\u00f9 il y a seulement une semaine ou dix jours de formation, interrogez-vous sur le r\u00e9el savoir-faire du franchiseur. Si ce franchiseur arrive \u00e0 dispenser son savoir-faire en quelques jours, je m’interrogeais\u00a0sur ses r\u00e9elles qualit\u00e9s de franchiseur !<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Une bonne formation doit permettre au franchis\u00e9 de pouvoir ouvrir dans de bonnes conditions. Ensuite, il va pouvoir compl\u00e9ter son savoir-faire avec de la formation continue post\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l’ouverture. Cette formation continue peut durer entre une semaine et dix jours par an. Je crois que la moyenne se situe entre 4 et 5 jours de formation continue dispens\u00e9e par le franchiseur\u00a0sachant que le franchis\u00e9 peut aussi suivre d’autres formations pas forc\u00e9ment assur\u00e9es par le franchiseur. \u00bb<\/p>\n
