Le \u00a0\u00bb r\u00e9aliste \u00a0\u00bb : il fait juste ce que vous lui demandez, manque d’ambition et se contente de vendre les produits qu’il conna\u00eet le mieux. Vous devez lui trouver des syst\u00e8mes de motivation et le stimuler r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. <\/p>\n

Le \u00a0\u00bb relationnel \u00a0\u00bb : il privil\u00e9gie le contact et le service au client. Il omet parfois la vente additionnelle ou le parrainage, et son chiffre sera irr\u00e9gulier, ce qui contribuera parfois au manque de confiance en lui. A vous de le regonfler en lui donnant le n\u00e9gociateur en mod\u00e8le. <\/p>\n

Le \u00a0\u00bb somnambule \u00a0\u00bb : peu convaincu, emp\u00eatr\u00e9 dans la routine et sa propres organisation, il est plus administratif que vendeur, il repr\u00e9sente un frein pour l’\u00e9quipe. <\/p>\n
