En fait, il faut avoir une totale confiance et accepter la politique commerciale sur son lieu de vente sans pouvoir agir directement sur chaque commande mais sans renoncer \u00e0 mesurer les r\u00e9sultats, \u00e0 les analyser et donc \u00e0 \u00e9changer avec l’enseigne sur les bonnes mesures \u00e0 prendre.
Mais l’absence d’achats peut entra\u00eener une forme de frustration parmi des commer\u00e7ants qui veulent encore avoir une autonomie sur la collection qu’ils commercialisent. <\/p>\n

En pratique les r\u00e9seaux les mieux construits prennent soin de favoriser les remont\u00e9es d’information des adh\u00e9rents, de les organiser et d’en tenir compte par exemple par des commissions produits.<\/p>\n

Il faut donc que le r\u00e9seau ait pr\u00e9vu des \u00e9changes avec les affili\u00e9s et des proc\u00e9dures pour r\u00e9soudre les difficult\u00e9s. A cause de ces \u00e9normes avantages, cette formule continue de se d\u00e9velopper mais il faut rester vigilant car le deal se doit d’\u00eatre profitable aux deux parties. L’exp\u00e9rience des produits et de la logistique doit \u00eatre mises au service des affili\u00e9s qui auront eux aussi une marge de d\u00e9cision (concernant le merchandising, les promos, les prix, etc) et qui pourront se faire entendre aupr\u00e8s de la t\u00eate du r\u00e9seau.
