Il comporte trois tableaux pr\u00e9visionnels. D’abord le plan de financement pr\u00e9cisant les fonds dont vous avez besoin pour d\u00e9marrer, le compte d’exploitation pr\u00e9visionnel avec le seuil de rentabilit\u00e9 de votre projet et le tableau de tr\u00e9sorerie qui r\u00e9pertorie les entr\u00e9es et les sorties de votre activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Ces 3 tableaux doivent \u00eatre \u00e9tay\u00e9s par l’\u00e9tude de march\u00e9 et la strat\u00e9gie commerciale mais doit comporter un \u00e9l\u00e9ment unique et personnalis\u00e9 : votre projet tel que vous l’avez construit. S’il a pour but de convaincre\u0096 le banquier en particulier \u0096 de la pertinence du projet et de sa viabilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re, il est aussi un v\u00e9ritable outil d’aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision finale pour le candidat \u00e0 la franchise.<\/p>\n

Concis mais complet, clair et bien pr\u00e9sent\u00e9, votre interlocuteur doit avoir envie de lire plus avant. C’est vous qui le d\u00e9fendrez, aussi, sachez que celui \u00e0 qui vous vous adressez ne connait pas du tout votre projet et qu’il a besoin de chiffres clefs sans rentrer tout de suite dans les d\u00e9tails.
