AC-F : Pourquoi avoir choisi cette enseigne et comment l\u2019avez-vous connue ?<\/h3>\n
L.G<\/i><\/b> : \u00ab\u00a0Je pense que de nos jours, il est important de faire partie d\u2019un r\u00e9seau car cela conforte les clients.
De plus, Le P\u00f4le Grands Comptes de Pano nous permet de travailler avec de grandes\u00a0soci\u00e9t\u00e9s nationales inaccessibles pour des entreprises ind\u00e9pendantes locales. J\u2019ai pass\u00e9 plus de 7 ans au Sein de l\u2019une des 4 agences \u00abPilote\u00bb Pano \u00e0 Bordeaux en tant que responsable d\u2019agence. J\u2019ai \u00e9galement form\u00e9 au m\u00e9tier pr\u00e8s de 50 nouveaux concessionnaires du r\u00e9seau Pano en France et \u00e0 l\u2019international. J\u2019ai donc pu me forger une exp\u00e9rience de gestion de point de vente et ainsi m\u2019assurer de la r\u00e9ussite du concept Pano\u00a0\u00bb.

D.T\u00a0<\/b>: \u00ab\u00a0<\/i>Je l\u2019ai connu lors de mes recherches sur internet, je trouvais le concept tr\u00e8s rassurant pour un jeune cr\u00e9ateur d\u2019entreprise\u00a0: une boutique cl\u00e9 en main, des tarifs revente pr\u00e9d\u00e9finis et adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 mon lieu d\u2019implantation, une formation interne, un p\u00f4le grands comptes, des tarifs n\u00e9goci\u00e9s chez mes fournisseurs, publicit\u00e9 de lancement, etc.\u00a0\u00bb.

B.B <\/b>: \u00ab\u00a0<\/i>Je l\u2019ai connu par le biais des sites sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s en franchise. Cette enseigne m\u2019a tout de suite attir\u00e9e par la diversit\u00e9 des produits que l\u2019on peut proposer et le c\u00f4t\u00e9 manuel. Et bien \u00e9videmment par le fait de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de la notori\u00e9t\u00e9 de l\u2019enseigne \u00a0au d\u00e9marrage, je pense que cela m\u2019a fait gagner en moyenne 2 \u00e0 3 ans. Et au niveau cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9, cela aide beaucoup aussi. Il y a des chantiers que je n\u2019aurais pas obtenus s\u2019il n\u2019y avait pas eu marqu\u00e9 Pano sur mon enseigne\u2026\u00a0\u00bb.<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

L.G :\u00a0<\/i><\/b>\u00ab\u00a0Le r\u00e9seau\u00a0est pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 toutes les \u00e9tapes du projet\u00a0\u00bb.

D.T :<\/i><\/b><\/span>\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0J’ai \u00e9t\u00e9 accompagn\u00e9 pour la recherche et la validation de mon local, formation technique, aide \u00e0 l\u2019installation de mon agence, stock de d\u00e9part, appui aupr\u00e8s de la banque\u00a0\u00bb.

L.G :\u00a0<\/i><\/b>\u00ab\u00a0Le d\u00e9marrage de l\u2019activit\u00e9 est plut\u00f4t positif. Le r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement \u00abWeb\u00bb est important afin de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des contacts sans effectuer de prospection \u00abTerrain\u00bb. Ma connaissance des produits et fournisseurs nationaux est un plus pour moi\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span>

D.T :<\/i><\/b><\/span>\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Tr\u00e8s bien, j\u2019ai eu un lancement tr\u00e8s rapide. J\u2019ai embauch\u00e9 un poseur la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e, un graphiste \u00e0 mi-temps la troisi\u00e8me et je suis actuellement entrain de le passer \u00e0 plein temps\u00a0\u00bb.

B.B\u00a0:\u00a0<\/i><\/b>\u00ab\u00a0Beaucoup de choses :\u00a0de la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9, une s\u00e9lection de fournisseurs avec des tarifs n\u00e9goci\u00e9s. Beaucoup d\u2019entreprises connaissent bien le r\u00e9seau et font appel \u00e0 moi juste pour de la pose d\u2019adh\u00e9sifs car je suis Pano. L.G :\u00a0<\/i><\/b>\u00ab\u00a0Selon moi, le profil id\u00e9al est une personne manuelle, ayant des connaissances et de la pratique en informatique.\u00a0Il faut \u00e9galement aimer les relations commerciales car la n\u00e9gociation est importante dans
notre m\u00e9tier pour se cr\u00e9er et fid\u00e9liser sa client\u00e8le\u00a0\u00bb.
