Le principe m\u00eame de la franchise est la transmission de savoir-faire<\/strong>. Certaines formations sont mal pr\u00e9par\u00e9es, tr\u00e8s th\u00e9oriques ou tr\u00e8s techniques… Le futur franchis\u00e9 est d\u00e9motiv\u00e9 et ne se sent pas capable de poursuivre dans cette voie. Mais encore une fois, on ne constate pas ce genre de soucis dans les r\u00e9seaux qui font r\u00e9ussir leurs franchis\u00e9s depuis assez longtemps. Un franchis\u00e9 est avant tout un entrepreneur autonome qui doit prendre ses responsabilit\u00e9s, g\u00e9rer son point de vente et son \u00e9quipe, modifier le planning des commandes, recruter du personnel…<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
