Il offre de nombreuses applications et met \u00e0 disposition des d\u00e9cideurs des informations vitales pour le d\u00e9veloppement de leurs enseignes : zones de chalandise (zone d’attraction commerciale d’un point de vente), localisation commerciale, potentiels, sectorisation, optimisation des moyens du marketing direct (publipostage, phoning, mailing…), optimisations de r\u00e9seaux\u2026 le geofencing (ou g\u00e9o rep\u00e9rage) est une technique permettant d\u2019envoyer sur le mobile d\u2019un client un message au moment o\u00f9 il entre dans une zone pr\u00e9d\u00e9finie<\/b> comme le magasin. Le g\u00e9omarketing et son \u00e9volution<\/h3>\n
Proposer une offre adapt\u00e9e au client, le marketing traditionnel le fait depuis longtemps d\u00e9j\u00e0 mais il lui manquait la dimension spatiale.. Aujourd\u2019hui,  associ\u00e9e \u00e0 des crit\u00e8res \u00e9conomiques, sociologiques, d\u00e9mographiques et \u00e9cologiques, le g\u00e9omarketing permet de mieux comprendre la client\u00e8le et de ses habitudes d\u2019achat<\/b>. et donc de pouvoir anticiper son acte d’achat. 
<\/span> Pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 ces informations  on trouve des \u00e9diteurs de logiciels SIG (Syst\u00e8me d\u2019informations g\u00e9ographiques) tels ESRI ; le SIG est transversal sur tous les secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques<\/b> mais aussi utilis\u00e9 par les le secteur public. Il permet de construire l\u2019offre et d\u2019optimiser la distribution sur un secteur g\u00e9ographique pr\u00e9cis<\/b>.  
Concernant la franchise, son utilisation permet \u00e0 un franchiseur d\u2019\u00e9tudier la couverture g\u00e9ographique de son enseigne et les zones de d\u00e9veloppement <\/b>: donc mailler le territoire de mani\u00e8re scientifique via les donn\u00e9es r\u00e9colt\u00e9es.
