On pourrait penser que c’est une bonne nouvelle, en fait non, c’est injuste. C’est injuste car comment faire confiance \u00e0 un franchiseur qui fait des prix \u00e0 la t\u00eate du client <\/b>? Fera-t-il la m\u00eame chose sur les marges qu’il prend sur les produits qu’il vend au franchis\u00e9, sur les services, sur les royalties qu’il va ensuite factur\u00e9s. Les franchiseurs qui font ce genre de cadeaux sont dangereux pour eux et pour les franchis\u00e9s, voyons pourquoi.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Pourquoi paye t-on un droit d’entr\u00e9e ?<\/h3>\n
\n

D’abord pour le droit d’utiliser la marque, le concept, le savoir faire ; c’est important pour le franchis\u00e9 mais aussi pour le franchiseur c’est quelque chose d’essentiel car cela lui permet de rentabiliser les investissements qu’il a du conc\u00e9d\u00e9 pour mettre au point le concept. Puis le droit de s’installer, parfois en exclusivit\u00e9 dans une ville, l’aide \u00e0 la recherche, \u00e0 la s\u00e9lection du local, l’aide pour monter le plan de financement et \u00e9ventuellement le dossier de pr\u00eat bancaire, la formation et l’assistance \u00e0 l’ouverture. Donc le droit d’entr\u00e9e<\/a> sert \u00e0 financer beaucoup de services rendus par le franchiseur au franchis\u00e9.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Il ne faut pas oublier qu’il y a le co\u00fbt du recrutement qui est important, c’est le co\u00fbt de la publicit\u00e9 dans les magazines, sur les sites internet, sur les salons sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s en franchise, le co\u00fbt du personnel pour s\u00e9lectionner les franchis\u00e9s.
Les experts en franchise constatent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement que le droit d’entr\u00e9e factur\u00e9 par le franchiseur au franchis\u00e9 ne couvre que 65%<\/b>, les 2\/3 du prix de revient r\u00e9el d’acquisition d’un nouveau franchis\u00e9. En d’autres termes, quand le franchiseur facture 10 000 euros par exemple, cela lui co\u00fbte 15 000 euros. Il perd 5000 euros de tr\u00e9sorerie, c’est ce \u00e0 quoi sert le fond de roulement.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Que se passe-t-il si le droit d’entr\u00e9e est divis\u00e9 par deux ? Il aura donc 10 000 euros de perte de tr\u00e9sorerie par franchis\u00e9 recrut\u00e9, il risque d’avoir 2 fois plus de franchis\u00e9s qui rejoignent le r\u00e9seau \u00e0 cause du prix attractif entra\u00eenant des pertes pour le franchiseur en tr\u00e9sorerie. C’est pourquoi, les r\u00e9seaux qui diminuent de fa\u00e7on arbitraire les droits d’entr\u00e9e finissent par avoir des probl\u00e8mes financiers<\/b>. Donc n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour le franchiseur de diminuer ses services, d’offrir moins d’avantages aux franchis\u00e9s pour \u00e9quilibrer ses comptes. Donc un risque pour le franchis\u00e9 de ne pas pouvoir faire d\u00e9marrer son chiffre d’affaires par manque d’assistance du franchiseur. <\/p>\n

D’une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, baisser les droits d’entrer est une manoeuvre dangereuse aussi bien pour le franchiseur que pour le franchis\u00e9<\/b>. Il y a n\u00e9anmoins des cas o\u00f9 cela se passe bien. Un franchiseur peut avoir un fond de roulement en exc\u00e9dent et dans ce cas comment cela se passe ? Le franchis\u00e9 qui a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de la r\u00e9duction de droits d’entr\u00e9e est certes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire mais qui a pay\u00e9 pour ce nouveau franchis\u00e9 ? Ce sont les franchis\u00e9s existants dans le r\u00e9seau qui se retrouvent \u00e0 financer la croissance du r\u00e9seau par leurs royalties.
