ACF : Avez-vous une longue exp\u00e9rience en franchise?<\/h3>\n
Jean Samper : Oui, je suis entr\u00e9 en\u00a01975 dans le Groupe Prouvost, le cr\u00e9ateur du plus ancien r\u00e9seau de franchise europ\u00e9en d\u00e8s la fin des ann\u00e9es 20\u00a0avec l’enseigne Pingouin. Il y a 40 ans en effet. Je devais m’occuper de la commercialisation aupr\u00e8s des hypermarch\u00e9s mais au bout de quelques mois je suis pass\u00e9 \u00e0 la franchise.\u00a0<\/p>\n

J’ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 le\u00a0cabinet AC Franchise en 1989 apr\u00e8s 13 ann\u00e9es dans le groupe Prouvost \u00e0 des postes op\u00e9rationnels en France et \u00e0 l’\u00e9tranger, du d\u00e9veloppement\/animation \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation et direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de filiales \u00e9trang\u00e8res puis une ann\u00e9e dans une autre soci\u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0pour redresser une marque textile. J’ai lanc\u00e9 l’activit\u00e9 de recrutement de franchis\u00e9s en 1993 avec le Minitel 3615 FRAN puis avec ac-franchise.be d\u00e8s 2002.<\/p>\n

Dans les ann\u00e9es 90, parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 mon activit\u00e9 principale de consultant, j’ai m\u00eame cr\u00e9\u00e9 une activit\u00e9 comme\u00a0franchis\u00e9 dans la publicit\u00e9 pendant quelques ann\u00e9es puis j’ai \u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0associ\u00e9 d’un franchiseur dans le service aux entreprises. Je pense avoir fait le tour de la franchise encore que, finalement, on ne puisse pas en faire le tour complet.<\/p>\n

ACF : Pour quelles enseignes avez-vous travaill\u00e9 depuis la cr\u00e9ation d’AC Franchise ?<\/h3>\n

JS : Il serait trop long d’en faire la liste. Nous avons travaill\u00e9 pour des centaines de r\u00e9seaux\u00a0depuis 1989; des multinationales comme Carrefour Proximit\u00e9 (Prodim) ,\u00a0Casino<\/a> ou Michelin… des franchiseurs intemationaux comme Jani King USA, Subway<\/a> ou Cartridge World… de petits r\u00e9seaux devenus grands comme lxina<\/a>, Exim, Point d’Encre\u00a0ou Echelle Europ\u00e9enne… des succursalistes se tournant vers la franchise comme le groupe Norauto<\/a>-Maxauto ou Redcats\/Cyrillus\/Vert Baudet…
…..et bien s\u00fbr de jeunes franchiseurs bien partis pour faire partie des grands de demain…sans oublier les franchiseurs et masters franchis\u00e9s\u00a0du Maghreb comme Chateau d’Ax ou Cuisina….\u00a0Parfois nous avons fait partie de l’\u00e9quipe cr\u00e9ant le concept comme pour Ixina, parfois nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 sollicit\u00e9 pour du conseil et enfin nous intervenons aussi souvent pour l’aide au d\u00e9veloppement.
J’esp\u00e8re que les centaines de r\u00e9seaux que je n’ai pas cit\u00e9s ne m’en voudront pas.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

ACF : Comment avez-vous organis\u00e9 AC Franchise ?<\/h3>\n
JS : Aujourd’hui AC Franchise est compos\u00e9 de plusieurs d\u00e9partements:<\/p>\n

1. \u00a0 \u00a0L’activit\u00e9 principale est devenue le portail de recrutement de franchis\u00e9s<\/a><\/b>: ac-franchise.be pour une production de candidatures qualifi\u00e9es. J’insiste sur \u00ab\u00a0candidatures qualifi\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb, nous savons le faire; cela suppose cependant une \u00e9troite collaboration avec le franchiseur, un travail en \u00e9quipe et une bonne compr\u00e9hension. Il faut que nous soyons en prise directe avec le service communication et surtout avec le service d\u00e9veloppement pour suivre leurs besoins au plus pr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n

2. \u00a0 \u00a0Nous avons aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 les premiers \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser des vid\u00e9os, d\u00e8s 2005 puis \u00e0\u00a0d\u00e9velopper une v\u00e9ritable WebTV <\/b>\u00e0 partir du 15 septembre 2008. Notre niveau est excellent. Il n’est qu’\u00e0 voir des vid\u00e9os comme celles r\u00e9alis\u00e9es pour Total<\/a>, Midas<\/a>, Ixina, Cuisine plus….<\/p>\n

3. \u00a0 \u00a0La communication de recrutement de franchis\u00e9s<\/b> est un de nos points forts. Nous savons \u00eatre simples, attractifs, rassurants, efficaces et ….pas chers.<\/p>\n

4. \u00a0 \u00a0Enfin nous sommes fiers de la r\u00e9ussite de notre\u00a0Club d’\u00e9changes d’exp\u00e9rience entre franchiseurs<\/a> : le Franchise Business Club qui est actif \u00e0 Paris et Tunis et sert de base au Club Franchise M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e \u00e0\u00a0 Marseille.<\/p>\n

ACF : Comment voyez-vous l’avenir d’AC Franchise ?<\/h3>\n

Jean Samper : Je souhaite d\u00e9velopper de nouveaux services avec ac-franchise.be en nouant encore\u00a0davantage de partenariats avec des professionnels, consultants ou prestataires\u00a0offrant des services aux r\u00e9seaux de franchise.
Je veux convaincre aussi plus de franchiseurs de travailler avec ac-franchise.be dans les pays du Maghreb car c’est incroyable de constater qu’ils manquent autant de bonnes opportunit\u00e9s soit parce qu’ils ne comprennent pas bien ces pays, soit parce qu’ils ne sont pas organis\u00e9s pour s’y d\u00e9velopper. En fait, ils manquent de temps et nous savons leur en faire gagner beaucoup.\u00a0Nous y travaillons depuis 2006, nous saurons les aider.
