Robots, drones, automates\u2026<\/h3>\n
Ce qui semblait proche du roman d\u2019anticipation arrive tout doucement dans les rayons de supermarch\u00e9 : chariots connect\u00e9s, paiement sans contact, caisses automatiques\u2026 <\/b>les exemples ne manquent pas et un journaliste de Lib\u00e9ration<\/i> s\u2019est amus\u00e9 \u00e0 imaginer \u00e0 quoi pourrait ressembler nos supermarch\u00e9s de demain. En notant sur dix les probabilit\u00e9s de ses sc\u00e9narios \u00e0 \u00e9ch\u00e9ance cinq ans. Il y parle robots, paiements par t\u00e9l\u00e9phones, caisses sans humains, self-scanning, drones sur les parkings\u2026 Sans nul doute, pour lui, \u00ab automatisation et robotisation sont des tendances lourdes qui vont bouleverser les m\u00e9tiers de la distribution \u00bb. Le tunnel de scanning pour remplacer les caisses traditionnelles ?<\/h3>\n
Concernant les caisses sans humains, l\u2019article fait allusion au tunnel de scanning qui, s\u2019il n\u2019est pas encore adopt\u00e9 par les moyennes et grandes surfaces, et pr\u00eat en termes de technologies <\/b>avec des exp\u00e9rimentations d\u00e9j\u00e0 en cours chez des enseignes am\u00e9ricains comme Walmart, Kroger et des enseignes europ\u00e9ennes (ICA en Su\u00e8de, Ewe en Allemagne et Asda en Angleterre). L\u2019id\u00e9e : \u00ab\u00a0Avec ce dispositif, le client pose ses articles sur un tapis roulant qui traverse un tunnel \u00e9quip\u00e9 de scanners \u00e0 reconnaissance d\u2019image, capables d\u2019analyser les tailles, formes et couleurs des packaging, tout en lisant codes barres ou puces RFID (\u2026). A l\u2019autre bout du tunnel, il n\u2019a plus qu\u2019\u00e0 payer sur un automate avec sa carte bancaire.\u00a0\u00bb<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Un boum du paiement sans contact en 2016 ?<\/h3>\n
En mati\u00e8re de paiement sans contact avec portable, l\u2019article rappel que, selon l\u2019Association fran\u00e7aise du sans contact mobile, le dispositif est d\u00e9j\u00e0 mis en place dans 280 000 points de vente fran\u00e7ais mais qu\u2019aujourd\u2019hui moins de 1% des transactions se fait de cette mani\u00e8re. Et si la plupart des banques ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 sorti leurs applications, les enseignes de la distribution ne sont pas en reste<\/b> avec par exemple le paiement flash de Leclerc ou le Flash \u2018N Pay d\u2019Auchan. Selon Lib\u00e9ration<\/i>, le boum du paiement sans contact devrait avoir lieu l\u2019an prochain.<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
