Christophe Lalange est franchis\u00e9 Mobalpa \u00e0 Ch\u00e2teaudun en Eure et Loire (28)<\/b>. Il a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 son parcours professionnel dans un magasin de meubles \u00e0 Bourges, en tant que vendeur. Le g\u00e9rant poss\u00e9dait \u00e9galement un magasin Mobalpa, o\u00f9 il a appris \u00e0 vendre des cuisines. Il a ensuite occup\u00e9 pendant 3 ans un poste de vendeur en cuisine \u00e0 la Martinique.
Christophe Lalange a ensuite occup\u00e9 le poste de Responsable de magasin de cuisine sur Avignon, puis sur Orl\u00e9ans. C’est \u00e0 Ch\u00e2teaudun \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 90, en arrivant dans un magasin de meubles, que Christophe Lalange occupera le poste de Directeur du point de vente, et cr\u00e9era un rayon cuisine de la marque Fournier. Lors du d\u00e9part \u00e0 la retraite du propri\u00e9taire, il a cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2008 la franchise Mobalpa<\/a>,  en faisant construire le b\u00e2timent sur un terrain que nous avons acquis en zone commerciale.<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Pourquoi avez-vous choisi d’ouvrir un magasin en franchise ?<\/h3>\n
Christophe Lalange<\/b> : \u00ab\u00a0Il \u00e9tait \u00e9vident pour moi que je n’allais pas me lancer seul dans ce genre de projet. En ind\u00e9pendant, les risques sont beaucoup plus grands, la notori\u00e9t\u00e9 met du temps \u00e0 se cr\u00e9er. En plus, Mobalpa \u00e9tait une marque que je connaissais bien, je savais le s\u00e9rieux du groupe Fournier.\u00a0\u00bb<\/b><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Ouvrir une franchise Mobalpa, pourquoi cette enseigne ?<\/h3>\n
Christophe Lalange<\/b> : \u00ab\u00a0D’abord parce que le format de magasin, en p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie de ville, me correspondait. Puis j’ai \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9duit par la m\u00e9thode de travail, c’est \u00e0 dire un seul fournisseur, cela facilite la gestion et permet de se consacrer davantage \u00e0 la vente. J’appr\u00e9cie \u00e9galement la relation avec le franchiseur. C’est une relation de confiance,<\/b> dans laquelle je suis accompagn\u00e9 et soutenu. L’accompagnement a en effet jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le important. Malgr\u00e9 tout le travail \u00e0 faire soi-m\u00eame, notamment aupr\u00e8s des banques, j’ai re\u00e7u beaucoup de soutien du si\u00e8ge. Par exemple, le plan d’am\u00e9nagement et d’implantation du magasin dans le respect de mon budget. Avant de signer, j’avais rencontr\u00e9 les dirigeants, visit\u00e9 l’usine de production. Je n’ai pas suivi de formation sp\u00e9cifique car je connaissais d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien le m\u00e9tier, mais mon \u00e9pouse a pu suivre le stage destin\u00e9 aux vendeurs, pour lui permettre d’appr\u00e9hender le m\u00e9tier.\u00a0\u00bb<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Comment \u00eates-vous \u00e9paul\u00e9 aujourd’hui ?<\/h3>\n
Christophe Lalange<\/b> : \u00a0\u00bb Apr\u00e8s plusieurs ann\u00e9es en tant que franchis\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau Mobalpa, je suis toujours soutenu par le franchiseur,<\/b> notamment sur la publicit\u00e9. Des outils de communication sont mis en place r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, pour la publicit\u00e9 nationale et locale. C’est tr\u00e8s facile et pratique, les documents sont tout faits, pr\u00eats \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s. C’est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment capital, en tant que concessionnaire, nous avons besoin de cette communication.<\/p>\n

Nous avons \u00e9galement l’opportunit\u00e9 de se retrouver entre franchis\u00e9s Mobalpa lors de diff\u00e9rents points forts dans l’ann\u00e9e<\/b>, comme lors des r\u00e9unions r\u00e9gionales, o\u00f9 nous pouvons \u00e9changer sur nos chiffres, best practices, difficult\u00e9s, \u00e9volutions… \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Christophe Lalange<\/b> : \u00ab\u00a0La principale \u00e9tape se situe sans doute au niveau des banques, pour l’accord de pr\u00eat. C’est \u00e0 la fois difficile mais rassurant, cela \u00e9vite que des points de vente ferment leurs portes au bout de quelques mois ou ann\u00e9es, car leurs pr\u00e9visions n’\u00e9taient pas viables.\u00a0\u00bb<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Quels conseils donneriez-vous aux futurs franchis\u00e9s?<\/h3>\n
Christophe Lalange<\/b> : \u00ab\u00a0Avant toute chose, l’entrepreneur qui souhaite monter son affaire doit mettre un point d’honneur \u00e0 s\u00e9lectionner son emplacement, en fonction de l’activit\u00e9 choisie. Dans le cas d’une franchise de cuisine, il faut \u00eatre visible et accessible, \u00e9viter selon moi le fond d’une zone commerciale<\/b>. Puis il faut bien s’entourer, avoir une \u00e9quipe commerciale performante.
Enfin, il faut \u00e9valuer les co\u00fbts et d\u00e9penses (am\u00e9nagement, travaux, communication…) et anticiper les \u00e9ventuels surco\u00fbts. Une fois le budget d\u00e9fini, il ne reste plus qu’\u00e0 le respecter !\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n
