Pr\u00e8s de 3500 \u00ab\u00a0drive\u00a0\u00bb en France<\/h3>\n
Avec pr\u00e8s de 3500 points de retrait d\u00e9sormais, le drive a su s\u00e9duire les Fran\u00e7ais et a connu une progression exceptionnelle<\/b>. Pour les m\u00e9nages fran\u00e7ais \u00e9galement, le circuit a pris sa place dans leurs courses des produits de tous les jours. En effet, c\u2019est pr\u00e8s d\u20191 foyer sur 4 qui s\u2019est rendu en drive au moins une fois au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e\u2026 et chaque mois c\u2019est 1 foyer sur 10 qui fait ses courses dans ce circuit. La derni\u00e8re \u00e9tude Nielsen en partenariat avec la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration du e-commerce et de la vente \u00e0 distance (FEVAD) r\u00e9v\u00e8le en quoi le circuit est \u00e0 un tournant de sa courte existence. Elle m\u00e8ne des r\u00e9flexions sur la rentabilit\u00e9 et le comportement cross-canal des consommateurs qui vont guider les \u00e9volutions \u00e0 venir. <\/span>Pour Marc Lolivier, D\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Fevad, \u00ab le succ\u00e8s des drives montre que ce service, qui combine \u00e0 la fois internet et magasins physiques, r\u00e9pond \u00e0 une v\u00e9ritable attente de la part des consommateurs \u00bb.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Les diff\u00e9rentes facettes du drive<\/h3>\n
\u00ab Sous la d\u00e9nomination drive, explique Nielsen France, dans un communiqu\u00e9, se cachent pourtant diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9alit\u00e9s. \u00bb Ainsi 2535 sont des click & drives, des espaces d\u00e9di\u00e9s au drive (avec des pistes pour les v\u00e9hicules et des bornes de retrait) cr\u00e9\u00e9s par les distributeurs ; 859 sont des hypermarch\u00e9s ou supermarch\u00e9s classiques, proposant un service drive \u00e0 leur client\u00e8le (ou plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment une possibilit\u00e9 de retirer en magasin une commande effectu\u00e9e sur un site internet). Pour Daniel Ducrocq, directeur Sales Force Activation chez Nielsen France, pr\u00e9cise : \u00ab Sous le m\u00eame vocable de drive coexistent finalement des business models tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents, avec des investissements tr\u00e8s variables selon la cr\u00e9ation ou non d\u2019un entrep\u00f4t sp\u00e9cifique au drive. L\u2019exp\u00e9rience consommateur s\u2019av\u00e8rera elle aussi tr\u00e8s h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne. \u00bb Les familles restent le c\u0153ur de client\u00e8le du circuit. <\/b>S\u00e9duites par la praticit\u00e9, le gain de temps sans surco\u00fbt, la possibilit\u00e9 de faire ses courses sur le trajet travail\/domicile\u2026 expliquent les faveurs du drive. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, les familles avec jeunes enfants r\u00e9alisent 19% de leurs courses de plein (l\u2019\u00e9quivalent des gros caddies hebdomadaires) en drive, au d\u00e9triment de l\u2019hypermarch\u00e9.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

La course \u00e0 l\u2019ouverture<\/h3>\n
L\u2019\u00e9tude nous apprend que depuis les premiers drives ouverts par Auchan (groupe Mulliez), le circuit est pass\u00e9 par diff\u00e9rentes phases, allant \u00ab du t\u00e2tonnement des d\u00e9buts \u00e0 la saturation parfois observ\u00e9e derni\u00e8rement, en passant par la course aux ouvertures entre enseignes \u00bb. Cette course s\u2019est par ailleurs d\u2019abord r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e sous un jour offensif (avec des prises de part de march\u00e9 imm\u00e9diate en ouvrant un drive dans une zone de chalandise concurrente), puis d\u00e9fensif \u00ab quand les magasins non \u00e9quip\u00e9s se sont vus menac\u00e9s par l\u2019ouverture de drive concurrent \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 \u00bb. Et si le rythme d\u2019ouverture de nouveaux drives a ralenti par rapport aux ann\u00e9es 2012\/2013 o\u00f9 il se cr\u00e9ait 1,9 click & drive, au 1er trimestre 2015, il s\u2019ouvrait quand m\u00eame encore 1,2 click & drive par jour. \u00ab Sur les 105 cr\u00e9ations de click & drives observ\u00e9es en 2015, ajoute l\u2019\u00e9tude, seules 10 \u00e9taient des cr\u00e9ations de drives dits d\u00e9port\u00e9s. \u00bb Des ouvertures oui, mais des fermetures aussi puisqu\u2019en 2014, plus de 34 click & drive ont ainsi arr\u00eat\u00e9 leur service. Preuve que la rentabilit\u00e9 des diff\u00e9rents mod\u00e8les reste un grand sujet de r\u00e9flexions<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Quelles perspectives pour le drive en France ?<\/h3>\n
Et sur les perspectives, Vincent Cornu, Directeur Distribution chez Nielsen France donne son analyse : \u00ab Nos estimations les plus basses donnent une part de march\u00e9 en progression r\u00e9guli\u00e8re jusqu\u2019\u00e0 5,5% pour le drive d\u2019ici 2018. Et plus de 7% dans nos hypoth\u00e8ses hautes, si l\u2019\u00e9largissement de la client\u00e8le se poursuit.\u00bb. Selon lui, \u00ab l\u2019effet parc <\/span>via les ouvertures devrait m\u00e9caniquement diminuer mais le drive garde un potentiel qui n\u2019a pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 exploit\u00e9 compl\u00e8tement avec une marge de progression possibles en termes d\u2019usage chez les consommateurs. \u00bb. Dans ce contexte, l\u2019\u00e9tude explique que si les drives les moins rentables vont dispara\u00eetre, il reste un potentiel d\u2019ouvertures non n\u00e9gligeable<\/b>\u2026 notamment du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des supermarch\u00e9s encore sous-\u00e9quip\u00e9s en drive.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
