Le chocolat obtient la 4\u00e8me place du podium des aliments dont les Fran\u00e7ais auraient le plus de mal \u00e0 se passer et la 2\u00e8me place pour les femmes.
Le chocolat noir garde sa place de pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 par les Fran\u00e7ais avec un taux de 57.1 %. Parall\u00e8lement, le chocolat au lait progresse chez les jeunes et les femmes.
Philippe Guilbert, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Toluna, a comment\u00e9 ces r\u00e9sultats r\u00e9sultats : \u00ab\u00a0Ce palmar\u00e8s des chocolats fins t\u00e9moigne du succ\u00e8s croissant des chocolats haut de gamme qui attirent les grands chefs de la gastronomie fran\u00e7aise (Alain Ducasse 3e, Christian Constant 10e), les chefs p\u00e2tissiers de renomm\u00e9e mondiale (Christophe Michalak 4e, Pierre Herm\u00e9 7e) et les p\u00e2tisseries de luxe (Ladur\u00e9e 5e, Dalloyau 9e) qui viennent concurrencer les sp\u00e9cialistes du chocolat (Maison du chocolat 2e, Comptoir du cacao 6e, Foucher 8e).
<\/i><\/span>Il a \u00e9galement ajout\u00e9 que <\/i>le Top 5 haut de gamme change peu selon les consommateurs, car ces marques et ces chefs sont devenus des c\u00e9l\u00e9brit\u00e9s. <\/span> Ceci dit, de nombreux artisans ont une implantation locale qui les p\u00e9nalise dans ce classement national.
