Vous \u00eates le pr\u00e9sident d\u2019Hygena depuis f\u00e9vrier 2013. Fin septembre, nous avons appris que Nobia, l’actionnaire su\u00e9dois, avait d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de c\u00e9der Hygena au groupe fran\u00e7ais Fournier ? Pourquoi ne pas rester dans le giron du su\u00e9dois Nobia ?<\/b><\/i><\/div>\n

Dominique Maupu :\u00a0\u00bbIl y a plusieurs parties prenantes dans cette op\u00e9ration. Il y a le groupe Fournier qui a indiqu\u00e9 qu’il \u00e9tait int\u00e9ress\u00e9 par la reprise des magasins Hygena pour les passer sous l’enseigne SoCoo’c <\/a>et ainsi r\u00e9aliser un build-up en \u00e9tendant tr\u00e8s rapidement son emprise sur le territoire avec l’enseigne SoCoo’c avec laquelle il a l’ambition de devenir un acteur majeur sur le cr\u00e9neau des cuisines \u00e9conomiques.\u00a0\u00bb<\/div>\n

Qu’est-ce que c’est qu\u2019un build-up ?<\/i><\/b><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
D.M : \u00ab\u00a0Aujourd’hui, le groupe Fournier a une marque qu\u2019il exploite sur 40 magasins et avec les 125 magasins d’Hygena, il va tr\u00e8s rapidement pouvoir \u00e9tendre le concept au niveau national. C\u2019est ce que j\u2019appellerais un build-up.\u00a0\u00bb<\/div>\n

D.M :\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Pour Hygena, je pense que c’est une opportunit\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs titres. D’abord, le groupe Fournier est un actionnaire familial stable qui peut s’inscrire dans la dur\u00e9e. C’est un acteur majeur de la cuisine dont le march\u00e9 principal est la France. C’est un acteur qui veut investir sur Hygena, veut d\u00e9velopper le nouveau r\u00e9seau, veut mettre \u00e0 disposition des produits avec notamment des caissons de cuisine mont\u00e9s qui seront appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s par les consommateurs car c’est ce qu’ils attendent d’un sp\u00e9cialiste, et puis qui veut former les gens. C’est une nouvelle \u00e9tape.\u00a0\u00bb <\/div>\n

\u00a0A quelle phase du rapprochement \u00eates-vous ?<\/i><\/b> <\/div>\n
D.M :\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Le 24 septembre, Nobia qui est cot\u00e9, a annonc\u00e9 au march\u00e9 avoir re\u00e7u cette proposition. Simultan\u00e9ment, les instances repr\u00e9sentatives du personnel chez Fournier et chez Hygena ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9es \u00e0 se positionner. Ces instances ont \u00e9mis un avis positif. Donc le groupe Nobia vient d’annoncer d’une fa\u00e7on officielle qu\u2019il signait cette op\u00e9ration. Maintenant, l’\u00e9tape suivante c’est l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 de la Concurrence qui va devoir se prononcer. C\u2019est une fois que cet avis aura \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9 que la transaction pourra \u00eatre finalis\u00e9e.\u00a0\u00bb<\/div>\n
Qu’est-ce que cela va changer pour les clients ?<\/i><\/b> <\/div>\n
D.M :\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Pour les clients \u00e0 court terme, toutes les commandes qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pass\u00e9es chez Hygena seront parfaitement honor\u00e9es. La mise en place de cette phase va prendre une certaine transition. A terme, nous pouvons imaginer que les clients auront une offre \u00ab made in France \u00bb ce qui peut \u00e9galement les satisfaire.\u00a0\u00bb<\/div>\n
J’aimerais qu’on profite de votre passage pour revenir sur ce travail qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait depuis votre arriv\u00e9e. O\u00f9 en \u00eates-vous du redressement de la marque Hygena ?<\/i><\/b> <\/div>\n
D.M :\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Le redressement Hygena \u00a0est un travail qui est en route depuis quelques temps. A mon arriv\u00e9e, j’ai indiqu\u00e9 clairement qu\u2019il ne suffirait pas pour redresser Hygena de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts et de fermer les sites non rentables.\u00a0\u00bb<\/div>\n
Oui, mais vous l\u2019avez fait quand m\u00eame ?<\/i><\/b> <\/div>\n
D.M :\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Oui, c’est quelque chose qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 au fil du temps. Mais ce qui me semblait plus important \u00e9tait de cr\u00e9er de la valeur. Il nous a fallu pour cela retravailler notre positionnement tarifaire pour se mettre en ad\u00e9quation avec notre positionnement de sp\u00e9cialiste. Puis en parall\u00e8le, soigner tout particuli\u00e8rement l’ex\u00e9cution pour que l’exp\u00e9rience d\u2019achat du client lorsqu’il ach\u00e8te une cuisine, soit une exp\u00e9rience fabuleuse en termes de v\u00e9cu.\u00a0\u00bb<\/div>\n
Vous avez du aussi recruter une nouvelle \u00e9quipe de management ?<\/i><\/b> <\/div>\n
D.M :\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0J\u2019ai du recruter un certain nombre de personnes dans l’\u00e9quipe de direction mais \u00e9galement dans l’\u00e9quipe de management r\u00e9gional. Aujourd’hui, nous avons une \u00e9quipe plus professionnelle, et nous avons r\u00e9duit le nombre de strates dans l’organisation pour \u00eatre plus efficace.\u00a0\u00bb<\/div>\n
On conna\u00eet l’importance du digital, du num\u00e9rique et d’Internet pour de nombreux Business c’est votre cas aussi ?<\/i><\/b> <\/div>\n
D.M :\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0C’est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s important pour nous. Beaucoup de clients qui ont un projet de cuisine commencent par aller sur le web. Nous avons compl\u00e8tement refait notre strat\u00e9gie web et nous avons ainsi commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 redynamiser le trafic dans nos magasins gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Internet.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><\/div>\n
Est-ce que ce travail porte ses fruits ? Est-ce que vous avez gagn\u00e9 de l’argent cette ann\u00e9e ?<\/i><\/b><\/div>\n
D.M :\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Malheureusement, nous ne gagnerons pas encore de l’argent cette ann\u00e9e, mais ce travail commence \u00e0 porter ses fruits. Je disais que nous avions travaill\u00e9 le positionnement tarifaire, d\u00e8s cette ann\u00e9e, les cuisines que l\u2019on facture nous laissent une marge sup\u00e9rieure de 25 % \u00e0 celle qu’on avait dans le temps, ce qui est tr\u00e8s positif. Nous avons surtout r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 r\u00e9inscrire l’entreprise dans une dynamique positive en termes de prise de commande tout au long de l’ann\u00e9e. Au premier trimestre, nous \u00e9tions encore au n\u00e9gatif, au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre, on allait plus vite que le march\u00e9, et au troisi\u00e8me trimestre, nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 dans une dynamique de croissance \u00e0 deux chiffres.\u00a0\u00bb <\/div>\n

Nous avons vu les perspectives qui s’offrent \u00e0 Hygena et \u00e0 ses collaborateurs, vous vous inscrivez dans quelle perspective ?<\/i><\/b> <\/div>\n
D.M :\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Pour l’instant, je dirais que ma mission est d\u2019\u00eatre pr\u00e9sident d\u2019Hygena. Donc avec l’\u00e9quipe du Comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif, nous avons la charge d’assurer la parfaite r\u00e9alisation de l’ann\u00e9e 2014. Ensuite naturellement il y a ce projet de cession auquel j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 associ\u00e9 depuis le d\u00e9marrage, et que nous devons porter \u00e0 son terme. Puis, d\u00e8s \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, nous devons r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 la phase de transition qui va suivre.\u00a0\u00bb<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
