Le 10 d\u00e9cembre 2014, se tenait \u00e0 Paris le Symposium annuel de l\u2019Union Nationale des Industries du Bricolage et du jardinage (Unibal). L\u2019occasion pour l\u2019organisme de pr\u00e9senter les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019\u00e9tude sur \u00ab le bricoleur 2.0 \u00bb, men\u00e9e en collaboration avec le Cr\u00e9doc<\/b> (Centre de Recherche pour l\u2019\u00c9tude et l\u2019Observation des Conditions de vie).<\/span> <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Les magasins de bricolage \u00e0 l\u2019heure du digital<\/h3>\n
Dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en compl\u00e8te mutation, les entreprises doivent constamment suivre ces transformations ou anticiper leurs impacts de ces transformations pour continuer \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des consommateurs. Dans ce contexte, <\/b><\/span> Unibal,<\/b><\/span> l\u2019Union Nationale des Industries du Bricolage et du jardinage <\/b><\/span>ac<\/b>compagne ses adh\u00e9rents dans la compr\u00e9hension de ces enjeux majeurs pour l\u2019avenir <\/b>et les soutient dans la cr\u00e9ation de plus de valeur. Le Symposium annuel du 10 d\u00e9cembre, organis\u00e9 \u00e0 Paris, s\u2019est bien pos\u00e9 au coeur de cette probl\u00e9matique. Elle a permis aux professionnels du secteur d\u2019\u00e9clairer la fili\u00e8re du bricolage sur les impacts du d\u00e9veloppement du digital dans la conduite des strat\u00e9gies d\u2019entreprises. Unibail a ainsi conduit une \u00e9tude consommateurs r\u00e9alis\u00e9e et pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e en avant-premi\u00e8re par le Credoc. Elle a convi\u00e9 des experts nationaux et internationaux du digital.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Les chiffres cl\u00e9s r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9s par l\u2019\u00e9tude<\/h3>\n
Les donn\u00e9es recueillies via cette \u00e9tude en disent beaucoup sur les nouveaux comportements des consommateurs \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e8re du digital. Ainsi, si <\/b><\/span>le magasin \u00ab physique \u00bb reste la premi\u00e8re source de renseignements (34%) pour les bricoleurs r\u00e9guliers, les bricoleurs sont 57 % \u00e0 chercher des informations sur le Net<\/b>. Celles-ci se font par majoritairement par le nom de l\u2019article (54 % des cas), par le type de projet (31 %), par la marque (19 %), par le distributeur (11 %). Par ailleurs, 10 % des bricoleurs internautes ach\u00e8tent sur le Net, sachant  qu\u2019un bricoleur sur dix poss\u00e8de un Smartphone. Il l\u2019utilise essentiellement pour rechercher des informations en magasin (54 %), pour trouver des informations techniques sur les produits (40 %), pour v\u00e9rifier les stocks du magasin (17 %), pour n\u00e9gocier avec un vendeur (7%). Enfin, selon l\u2019\u00e9tude du Cr\u00e9doc, sur les douze dernier mois, le net a capt\u00e9 6 % des d\u00e9penses de bricolage soit environ 1,5 milliard d\u2019euros alors que les magasins en ont recueillis 69 % soit 18,3 milliards d\u2019euros.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
