Apr\u00e8s avoir ouvert en propre \u00e0 Cannes, le r\u00e9seau de restauration rapide am\u00e9ricain Steak\u2019n Shake inaugurait fin novembre son premier \u00e9tablissement franchis\u00e9 hors des Etats-Unis<\/b>. Il a choisi la zone de commercial Plan de Campagne pr\u00e8s de Marseille. Une premi\u00e8re franchise \u00e0 Marseille<\/h3>\n
Le march\u00e9 de la restauration rapide en France va dor\u00e9navant devoir compter avec un nouvel acteur : l\u2019enseigne am\u00e9ricaine Steak \u2019n Shake, sp\u00e9cialiste du hamburger<\/b>, d\u00e9barque en Europe 80 ans apr\u00e8s sa cr\u00e9ation sans l\u2019Illinois. Cette filiale de Biglari Holdings, compte 530 restaurants aux \u00c9tats-Unis et s\u2019attaque aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 l\u2019Europe et au Moyen-Orient. Apr\u00e8s avoir ouvert deux restaurants en propre \u00e0 Ibiza et \u00e0 Cannes au printemps, elle inaugurait le 25 novembre 2014 son premier \u00e9tablissement franchis\u00e9 hors des \u00c9tats-Unis, pr\u00e8s de Marseille dans la zone commerciale Plan de Campagne.
Un deuxi\u00e8me restaurant franchis\u00e9 devrait suivre tr\u00e8s rapidement dans le centre-ville de Marseille, non loin du fameux et r\u00e9cent Mucem. D\u2019autres projets sont dans les cartons en Europe avec des ouvertures pr\u00e9vues en Allemagne, Grande-Bretagne, Pays-Bas, Espagne et Italie. Au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019Europe, le r\u00e9seau de franchise ambitionne \u00e9galement de n ombreuses implantations<\/a> aux \u00c9mirats arabes unis, en Arabie saoudite et au Kowe\u00eft. Les premiers ont d\u2019ailleurs d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9s \u00e0 Duba\u00ef et Abu Dhabi. Une enseigne de restauration sur le segment premium<\/h3>\n
La franchise Steak \u2019n Shake <\/b>s\u2019est positionn\u00e9e d\u00e8s sa cr\u00e9ation en 1934 sur le segment premium aux \u00c9tats-Unis<\/b>. Elle propose \u00e0 ses clients des hamburgers premium de qualit\u00e9, des frites fra\u00eeches \u00abmaison \u00bb ainsi que des Milkshakes traditionnels qui la diff\u00e9rencient des fast-foods conventionnels, peu on\u00e9reux mais de qualit\u00e9 m\u00e9diocre, La cha\u00eene de restauration mise notamment sur ses \u00ab steakburgers \u00bb pr\u00e9par\u00e9s devant les clients. Le concept de cuisine ouverte et visible par les clients fait partie int\u00e9grante de la philosophie et du design. Ce concept repr\u00e9sente un facteur cl\u00e9 du succ\u00e8s car il met en exergue la qualit\u00e9 le savoir-faire et la fra\u00eecheur des produits.
