Une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e en septembre 2014<\/h3>\n
Quelles sont les attentes des Fran\u00e7ais en mati\u00e8re de relation avec les entreprises proches de chez eux<\/b> ? Quels canaux de communication r\u00e9coltent leur faveur \u00e0 l\u2019heure du d\u00e9veloppement exponentiel d\u2019Internet et des r\u00e9seaux sociaux ? C\u2019est ce qu\u2019ont essay\u00e9 de d\u00e9couvrir ADA\/OpinionWay \u00e0 travers une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e en septembre 2014 aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un \u00e9chantillon de 1003 personnes, repr\u00e9sentatif de la population fran\u00e7aise \u00e2g\u00e9e de 18 ans et plus, constitu\u00e9 selon la m\u00e9thode des quotas, au regard des crit\u00e8res de sexe, d\u2019\u00e2ge, de cat\u00e9gorie socioprofessionnelle et de r\u00e9gion de r\u00e9sidence.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Les Fran\u00e7ais privil\u00e9gient le contact direct et le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone<\/h3>\n
Bilan : 94 % des Fran\u00e7ais privil\u00e9gient le contact direct en face \u00e0 face avec l\u2019entreprise, 88 % le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone<\/b>, deux moyens de communication jug\u00e9s plus efficaces que les autres disponibles. Les nouveaux canaux de communication doivent trouver leur public<\/h3>\n
Quel que soit l\u2019\u00e2ge, la cat\u00e9gorie socioprofessionnelle ou la situation g\u00e9ographique, le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone appara\u00eet comme un canal de communication prioritaire pour obtenir des informations <\/b>(52%), pour faire appel \u00e0 ses services (53%) ou encore en cas de probl\u00e8me (49%). Sur ces questions, ce m\u00e9dia semble donc mieux r\u00e9pondre aux attentes des Fran\u00e7ais que les nouveaux canaux, tels que les sites Web ou les applications pour smartphones. Avec l\u2019essor d\u2019internet, ces modes de communication ont \u00e9t\u00e9 largement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s par les entreprises mais ont encore du mal \u00e0 convaincre les clients puisque la performance des applications sur Smartphones ou encore des r\u00e9seaux sociaux ne recueille que respectivement 39 % et 29 % de satisfaction.
