D’abord il faut lever les obstacles, \u00eatre cr\u00e9atif n’est pas naturel et certains obstacles s’y opposent, en particulier notre \u00e9ducation et la peur du ridicule. Nous sommes entra\u00een\u00e9s, par notre \u00e9ducation, \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes pos\u00e9s en cherchant une solution unique. <\/p>\n

En outre si le ridicule ne tue pas il fait peur. L’image que l’on veut donner de soi est \u00e9galement un obstacle cons\u00e9quent. Souvent une solution tr\u00e8s cr\u00e9ative passe par une ou deux id\u00e9es absurdes. <\/p>\n

Ensuite il est bon de s’appuyer sur les autres. Pour innover, il ne faut pas garder ses id\u00e9es pour soi-m\u00eame, m\u00eame si elles ne sont pas abouties. Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer trouver soi-m\u00eame une solution reste un v\u00e9ritable handicap. Savoir d\u00e9celer des innovations ailleurs et les valoriser est donc tout aussi important que la cr\u00e9ation pure. <\/p>\n

Puis il faudra mesurer l’id\u00e9e nouvelle. La plupart du temps, soit les innovations sont mal per\u00e7ues au premier abord, soit on vous dira que si \u00e7a n’a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 fait auparavant, cela ne vaut pas la peine. Il est difficile de mesurer la pertinence d’une id\u00e9e et sa viabilit\u00e9. Le tout est de la tester \u00e0 petite \u00e9chelle avant de se lancer dans de grands chantiers. \u00ab\u00a0Souvent c’est le manque de pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance qui conduit \u00e0 l’\u00e9chec. Il faut accepter de se tromper et chercher d’autres id\u00e9es pour poursuivre son r\u00eave.\u00a0\u00bb  Et puis, il arrive que ce que les gens disent \u00ab\u00a0non\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 une id\u00e9e, et finalement l’essaient.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Apr\u00e8s il faudra apprendre \u00e0 r\u00e9veiller votre imagination.
– Premier exercice. Forcez-vous \u00e0 trouver trois r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 la question que vous vous posez en commen\u00e7ant par les petites choses du quotidien, comme par exemple comment vous rendre \u00e0 un rendez-vous \u00e0 l’autre bout de la France. Vous serez ensuite plus familier avec cette technique sur des sujets plus importants
– Second exercice. Forcez-vous \u00e0 penser l’inverse de ce que vous croyez. Cela apporte parfois des solutions inattendues, relativise le probl\u00e8me, g\u00e9n\u00e8re des id\u00e9es pour d’autres choses. Envisager un point de vue diff\u00e9rent du sien sur un sujet permet de trouver un int\u00e9r\u00eat l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l’on n’en trouve pas d’ordinaire.
– Troisi\u00e8me exercice. N’abandonnez pas les id\u00e9es qui sont apparemment sans logique. Parfois, celle-ci appara\u00eet apr\u00e8s coup. Une id\u00e9e n’est pas compl\u00e8tement idiote et il y a une raison pour que vous l’ayez eue. M\u00eame si elle est irr\u00e9alisable, elle peut \u00e9voluer ou contribuer \u00e0 une autre id\u00e9e. <\/p>\n

Enfin la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessite de l’organisation. Il existe deux types de cr\u00e9atifs : ceux qui r\u00e9solvent des probl\u00e8mes qui se posent, et ceux qui ont des r\u00eaves et inventent ce dont ils ont envie. C’est un peu la diff\u00e9rence entre l’entrepreneur – qui r\u00eave et fait en sorte que ses projets se r\u00e9alisent – et le manager qui voit les obstacles, dont celui de la critique possible de l’actionnaire. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
