Est-ce toujours le cas ? Le management d’un r\u00e9seau de franchise se diff\u00e9rencie de celui de succursales ou de celui d’une entreprise classique. Il n’y a pas de notion hi\u00e9rarchique comme avec des salari\u00e9s. Il est n\u00e9cessaire d’intervenir tout en douceur, tout en intelligence. Dans un r\u00e9seau de franchise il faut des super – managers – motiveurs. Pour cela ils doivent s’entra\u00eener tout le temps, se former, devenir encore meilleurs. Un manager de r\u00e9seau doit d’abord bien savoir s\u00e9lectionner ses candidats. L’important est de mettre la bonne personne \u00e0 la bonne place. Certains candidats ont des volont\u00e9s de travail fortes mais acceptent la franchise comme une sorte de passage oblig\u00e9. Ils ont vite l’impression de tout savoir mieux que vous. Il ne faut pas vendre une franchise co\u00fbte que co\u00fbte ou choisir des franchis\u00e9s uniquement pour leurs moyens financiers.<\/p>\n

La passion est une qualit\u00e9 indispensable pour diriger un r\u00e9seau mais elle ne suffit pas il faut aussi savoir motiver les gens. Le franchiseur doit valoriser le r\u00e9seau, encourager, pousser, f\u00e9liciter en permanence ses franchis\u00e9s. Il est important que les gens se retrouvent avec plaisir dans les r\u00e9unions, les conventions et les groupes de progr\u00e8s. Le dirigeant doit savoir moraliser les choses. Si un franchis\u00e9 n’est plus dans le cadre il faut l’arr\u00eater m\u00eame s’il rapporte de l’argent. Il est inutile d’accepter que quelqu’un se pose en spectateur critique alors que d’autres sont acteurs pour faire fonctionner une marque. N\u00e9anmoins il doit s’agir de situations d’exception, ceci n’est acceptable par les franchis\u00e9s que tant que le franchiseur est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment positif de la dynamique. Ce qui lui donne le droit de se f\u00e2cher c’est qu’il apporte beaucoup. <\/p>\n

Le secret du fonctionnement optimal d’un r\u00e9seau est la vie m\u00eame de ce r\u00e9seau. Le groupe doit apporter aux franchis\u00e9s mais ils ne doivent pas tout attendre de lui. Franchiseur et franchis\u00e9s doivent adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 des objectifs communs. Cette adh\u00e9sion doit \u00eatre forte on l’obtient par la passion pour le produit, la marque, le groupe. Ceci passe par des groupes de progr\u00e8s o\u00f9 chacun peut mieux comprendre ce qui se passe dans le r\u00e9seau et apporter sa pierre \u00e0 l’\u00e9difice. <\/p>\n

En 25 ans le management des r\u00e9seaux a \u00e9volu\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces notions de plaisir et d’adh\u00e9sion. Une \u00e9volution importante a eu lieu dans l’animation des r\u00e9seaux. Le franchis\u00e9<\/b> est beaucoup mieux soutenu, conseill\u00e9 et aid\u00e9 dans son quotidien. Dans la phase d’int\u00e9gration le franchiseur doit apporter un service permanent car il y a beaucoup \u00e0 faire. Ensuite on pourra rel\u00e2cher, passer \u00e0 un contact hebdomadaire, puis mensuel. Mais souvent on voit mal s’appliquer la r\u00e8gle des 80\/20 : le franchiseur passe 80 % de son temps avec un petit groupe de franchis\u00e9s, toujours les m\u00eames, et n\u00e9glige les autres en ne leur accordant que 20 % du temps.<\/p>\n
