Nous avons pass\u00e9 une nouvelle \u00e9tape en 2012 avec l’acquisition d’un local et le recrutement d’un salari\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb

Comment \u00eates-vous organis\u00e9s?<\/h3>\n

Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric : \u00ab\u00a0Nous avons toujours travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 deux V\u00e9ronique et moi. Mais suite \u00e0 un accident de moto, j’ai d\u00fb \u00eatre arr\u00eat\u00e9 pendant plusieurs mois. L’assurance a pris en charge un salari\u00e9 en int\u00e9rim pendant les 6 mois de mon arr\u00eat. Cette personne s’est av\u00e9r\u00e9e avoir un profil int\u00e9ressant au niveau graphisme\u00a0 avec une polyvalence sur la fabrication et la pose. A mon retour, on a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de lui proposer un CDI. C’\u00e9tait l’occasion de passer un palier de chiffre d’affaires. Aujourd’hui, je m’occupe en priorit\u00e9 des devis et de la pose.\u00a0\u00bb

Vous avez d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de changer de local r\u00e9cemment. Pour quelles raisons?<\/h3>\n
\n

Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric : \u00ab\u00a0On a am\u00e9nag\u00e9 dans ce nouveau local\u00a0 de 200m\u00b2 en ao\u00fbt 2012. On en est tr\u00e8s contents. Plusieurs raisons. On souhaitait acheter dans un objectif patrimonial; pour la retraite notamment. Le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent local \u00e9tait devenu trop petit avec l’\u00e9volution du num\u00e9rique. Autre point faible, on devait d\u00e9corer les v\u00e9hicules sur le trottoir. On souhaitait pouvoir travailler dans des meilleures conditions avec un local plus grand ; avec une partie garage pour rentrer les v\u00e9hicules. Ce local correspondait \u00e0 nos crit\u00e8res.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Ce choix est s\u00fbrement aussi la suite logique d’une \u00e9volution de votre chiffre d’affaires ?<\/h3>\n

V\u00e9ronique : \u00ab\u00a0En effet, notre chiffre d’affaires a progress\u00e9 tous les ans ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.
2011 : 152 000\u20ac, 2012 : 196 000\u20ac. En 2013, on a pour objectif un C.A. de 220 000\u20ac. \u00ab\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Utilisez-vous un v\u00e9hicule utilitaire?<\/h3>\n
\n

V\u00e9ronique : \u00ab\u00a0On a investi dans notre premier v\u00e9hicule utilitaire il y a 6 ans. On s’est fix\u00e9 comme objectif de le changer tous les 4 ans. En ce moment, nous avons un Renault Trafic. Le fait de l’avoir d\u00e9cor\u00e9 aux couleurs de PANO Boutique apporte un vrai plus en terme marketing ; cela apporte une visibilit\u00e9 et nous ram\u00e8ne par cons\u00e9quent des clients.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Dans la r\u00e9gion Ouest et plus particuli\u00e8rement en Bretagne, \u00eates-vous amen\u00e9s \u00e0 travailler avec les autres concessionnaires PANO Boutique ?<\/h3>\n

Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric : Cela n’arrive pas tr\u00e8s souvent, mais en cas de n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 je sais qu’il n’y a aucun probl\u00e8me de collaboration et d’entraide avec mes confr\u00e8res bretons. L’effet r\u00e9seau fonctionne bien aussi au niveau national lorsque nous appelons un autre concessionnaire, les \u00e9changes sont toujours int\u00e9ressants.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
