Premi\u00e8re pr\u00e9caution \u00e0 prendre : bien conna\u00eetre ses partenaires commerciaux ! Avant toute signature de contrat, n’h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 vous renseigner sur vos nouveaux clients et sur ceux dont vos relations commerciales sont plut\u00f4t al\u00e9atoires (clients occasionnels, incidents de paiements r\u00e9guliers…). Taux d’endettement, solvabilit\u00e9, situation de leurs dirigeants Plusieurs instruments vous permettent de vous faire une opinion avant de traiter avec eux (en France : registre du commerce et des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s ou sites Internet sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s comme Societe.com ou Infogreffe.com, registres tenus par le greffe du tribunal de commerce, bureau des hypoth\u00e8ques, \u00e0 la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des imp\u00f4ts…). Pour vous pr\u00e9venir des risques d’impay\u00e9s,<\/b> ne minimisez pas le r\u00f4le des documents contractuels et l’importance des signatures. N’h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 demander des acomptes au moment de la prise de commande. Ne laissez pas des situations dans le flou. D\u00e8s les premiers jours de retard de paiement, d\u00e9crochez votre t\u00e9l\u00e9phone. C’est la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de ce qui pourra \u00eatre votre strat\u00e9gie de relance. Si ce premier appel n’est pas rapidement suivi de paiement, vous pourrez alors r\u00e9diger un courrier de relance personnalis\u00e9 avant de vous lancer dans des d\u00e9marches plus lourdes de type mise en demeure par lettre recommand\u00e9e avec accus\u00e9 de r\u00e9ception ou acte d’huissier par remise en main propre.<\/p>\n
