Arnaud Bruillon, propri\u00e9taire de Finsbury a commenc\u00e9 ses d\u00e9buts en tant que vendeur dans l’une des boutiques de l’enseigne. Les fondateurs d\u00e9cident en 2000 de lui faire confiance pour une quatri\u00e8me boutique en Franchise<\/strong>. Apr\u00e8s la conclusion de ce contrat de franchise bas\u00e9 sur une promesse verbale, Arnaud Bruillon va ouvrir sept autres boutiques entre 2000 et 2010. En 2010, les cr\u00e9ateurs de l’enseigne d\u00e9cident de se retirer et vendent les trois unit\u00e9s en propre ainsi que les droits de la marque \u00e0 Arnaud Bruillon. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Le choix de la franchise pour un d\u00e9ploiement de l’enseigne<\/h3>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Le nouveau propri\u00e9taire de la franchise Finsbury<\/strong> d\u00e9cide alors d’opter pour la franchise pour gagner en visibilit\u00e9 sur l’Hexagone. Le franchis\u00e9 devient franchiseur et ses objectifs d’implantation sont les villes d’un minimum de 150 000 habitants. Mais la priorit\u00e9 est dans les grandes agglom\u00e9rations comme Strasbourg ou Rennes. Finsbury a \u00e9galement des objectifs \u00e0 l’international. Avec une pr\u00e9sence \u00e0 Tunis depuis 2012, le sp\u00e9cialiste de la chaussure pour homme ambitionne m\u00eame une implantation en Asie \u00e0 partir de la fin 2013. Il vise aussi une pr\u00e9sence au Maroc, au Moyen-Orient, ainsi que dans les grandes villes europ\u00e9ennes sans oublier l’Am\u00e9rique du Nord. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Le profil requis pour devenir franchis\u00e9 Finsbury<\/h3>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

L’enseigne ne recherche pas un profil pr\u00e9cis. Dans son choix de recrutement de franchis\u00e9s<\/a>\u00a0elle privil\u00e9gie les personnes motiv\u00e9es pour s’investir personnellement dans leur commerce de chaussures et attir\u00e9es par le produit et le domaine. Pour acc\u00e9der au contrat de franchise sign\u00e9 pour une dur\u00e9e de 6 ans, le franchis\u00e9 devra d\u00e9bourser 20 000\u20ac de droit d’entr\u00e9e<\/a> <\/strong>et 5 000\u20ac pour la formation. Une redevance de 5% et de 2% sur le chiffre d’affaires sont \u00e0 reverser \u00e0 l’enseigne au titre des royalties<\/a> et de la redevance de communication.
Le nouveau franchis\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d’une formation de 5 semaines que l’enseigne qualifie de compl\u00e8te et de haut niveau. Elle lui permettra d’appr\u00e9hender tous les domaines de l’activit\u00e9 en passant 4 semaines en immersion dans le
magasin pilote<\/a>. Par la suite le franchis\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera d’une formation continue, d’un suivi mensuel et de visites d’animateurs. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
