Le snacking <\/strong>est devenu en quelques ann\u00e9es, un mode de consommation majeur en France<\/strong>. Les cha\u00eenes et franchises de restauration, les GMS, les boulangeries ne s’y trompent pas et rivalisent aujourd’hui d’offres et formules repas pour s’imposer. En progression constante, la vente \u00e0 emporter au comptoir ou au rayon frais est devenu un enjeu commercial de premier plan. Qu’on soit jeune ou moins jeune, elle appara\u00eet de plus en plus comme une alternative \u00e9conomique dans la Restauration Hors Domicile. Un temps de pause d\u00e9jeuner plus court, un budget repas plus serr\u00e9, des horaires d\u00e9structur\u00e9s, la diversit\u00e9 de plus en plus grande de l’offre, le snacking est devenu la solution pratique et bon march\u00e9 du moment.<\/strong> Parmi les produits phare citons, le sandwich, grand leader, les p\u00e2tes, les burgers Tous des valeurs s\u00fbres. Parmi les \u00e9mergents, les bars \u00e0 soupe et les tartines montent en puissance, enfin des concepts de kebab plus haut de gamme conqui\u00e8rent une nouvelle client\u00e8le. Il faut souligner toutefois que la notion de prix n’exclut pas la recherche de qualit\u00e9<\/strong>: la fra\u00eecheur, la saveur, la diversit\u00e9 des compositions sont \u00a0aussi importantes.<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

C\u00f4t\u00e9 r\u00e9sultats, la restauration rapide repr\u00e9sente 40 % des parts du march\u00e9 de la restauration en France<\/strong> et 50 % en volume soit un chiffre d’affaires en 2011 de 32,7 milliards d’\u20ac. Elle affiche une croissance de + 4,65% par rapport \u00e0 2010.<\/strong> <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Poids lourd de la restauration rapide et pionnier de la restauration nomade, le sandwich reste aujourd’hui encore le produit le plus consomm\u00e9<\/strong>. Toutefois, avec une augmentation moyenne des prix de + 4,76 % (+ 13,9% en GMS, + 6 % en station-service), il est talonn\u00e9 par d’autres produits comme les box. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
