Et si vous abordiez la question dans l’autre sens : votre marge r\u00e9pondra-t-elle \u00e0 vos objectifs si vous ne r\u00e9ussissez pas \u00e0 sortir du lot ? Le but est la valeur ajout\u00e9e sans se ruiner. Ces petites attentions qui comblent le client ne requi\u00e8rent parfois qu’une faible logistique. Pensez \u00e0 proposer un service tout b\u00eate, mais si pratique, comme un vestiaire : il \u00e9vite d’avoir trop chaud dans le magasin et, surtout, d’avoir les mains encombr\u00e9es par un manteau ou une sacoche. <\/p>\n

A son lancement, le centre commercial Val d’Europe a multipli\u00e9 les services in\u00e9dits en France : voiturier, nursery, ou la livraison \u00e0 domicile pour une somme forfaitaire.
