Importance de l’unit\u00e9 pilote. Comment un franchiseur peut-il d\u00e9montrer la viabilit\u00e9 de son concept si ce n’est d’apr\u00e8s les r\u00e9sultats d’un ou plusieurs \u00e9tablissements pilote pendant au moins un \u00e0 deux ans. Le franchis\u00e9 a alors toutes les informations sur la rentabilit\u00e9 du concept \u00e0 un endroit donn\u00e9 avec le savoir-faire du franchiseur. Mais cela ne suffit pas \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer que le concept est reproductible partout. Le franchiseur id\u00e9al aura test\u00e9 son concept dans des conditions diff\u00e9rentes dans des villes plus ou moins grandes afin d’\u00e9tablir des zones plus accessibles et moins risqu\u00e9es. Derri\u00e8re\u00a0un franchiseur, il y a deux m\u00e9tiers.
<\/strong>Celui qui est propre \u00e0 son m\u00e9tier<\/strong> : restauration rapide, aide \u00e0 la personne, grande distribution, technique, etc ceci repr\u00e9sente le premier m\u00e9tier du franchiseur, celui qu’il maitrise.
Il lui faut\u00a0apprendre un deuxi\u00e8me m\u00e9tier : franchiseur<\/strong>. Le premier est sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 chaque enseigne, le second est le m\u00eame pour tous ou presque. On distingue 4 cat\u00e9gories de franchises : industrielle, production, distribution, services.

Qu’est-ce-que le savoir-faire et comment le transmettre ?
<\/span>a) Il faut l’identifier \u00e0 travers l’exp\u00e9rience, les automatismes, les r\u00e9flexes professionnels et ainsi g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des performances. Il peut \u00eatre difficile \u00e0 formaliser mais, s’il existe, un tiers pourra le reproduire. C’est le manuel de proc\u00e9dures ou la bible de l’enseigne qui en sera l’expression et un moyen essentiel de sa duplication. C’est un des \u00e9l\u00e9ments fondamentaux de la franchise. Sans savoir-faire, pas de bible et pas de franchis\u00e9 \u00e0 convaincre.
b) vendre son savoir-faire \u00e0 des futurs franchis\u00e9s : pour un franchiseur, il est important de savoir quel profil type rechercher. De l’autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, le franchis\u00e9 doit avoir toutes les informations pour savoir s’il a bien trouv\u00e9 la franchise qui lui convient. Un franchis\u00e9 mal \u00e9valu\u00e9 peut co\u00fbter cher au r\u00e9seau et vice et versa un franchis\u00e9 mal renseign\u00e9 sur le r\u00e9seau peut \u00e9chouer malgr\u00e9 sa bonne volont\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Enfin, il ne suffit pas de transmettre par contrat le savoir-faire d’un r\u00e9seau; la formation du franchis\u00e9 fera vivre cette union franchiseur\/franchis\u00e9. Pour cela, la formation initiale relay\u00e9e par la formation permanente permet de mettre nouveaux et anciens franchis\u00e9s au m\u00eame niveau d’informations. Il y a le savoir-faire et le faire-savoir : deux notions compl\u00e9mentaires qu’il ne faut pas oublier car apr\u00e8s il faudra animer le r\u00e9seau pour faire perdurer ce savoir-faire et le faire \u00e9voluer.<\/p>\n
