La crise affectant la franchise Genevi\u00e8ve Lethu, cette derni\u00e8re d\u00e9cida de tester une nouvelle politique lors du salon Maison & Objet en Janvier<\/strong>, la vente aux d\u00e9taillants multimarques!!! Le sp\u00e9cialiste en d\u00e9coration de la table estime devoir revoir sa strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9veloppement. D’apr\u00e8s l’enseigne, les prix exorbitant des loyers et des pas de portes freinent les candidats \u00e0 la franchise. Les deux concepts lanc\u00e9s r\u00e9cemment ne semblent pas apporter le succ\u00e8s attendu. Le premier concept l’Atelier Cuisine,\u00a0<\/em>consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la vente d’ustensiles de cuisines tr\u00e8s performants, dispose de trois points de vente. Le deuxi\u00e8me, Influence de Genevi\u00e8ve Lethu<\/em> propose une offre tr\u00e8s large au sein d’une seule boutique en grand format et en p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie. L’enseigne comptait 120 boutiques en 2012 mais 110 en 2013. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Les canaux de d\u00e9veloppement<\/h3>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Son objectif premier est de vendre aux boutiques multimarques<\/strong> : boutiques de cadeaux ou d’art de la table. Lors du dernier salon Maison & Objet, la franchise d’art de la table a pu nouer des contacts avec des enseignes fran\u00e7aises mais surtout \u00e9trang\u00e8res et remplir ainsi son carnet de commande. Les produits phares vendus sont la vaisselle et le textile.\u00a0En parall\u00e8le, Genevi\u00e8ve Lethu \u00e9tudie des projets d’ouverture de corners de 10 \u00e0 15 m\u00b2<\/strong> afin d’y proposer une collection cr\u00e9ative positionn\u00e9e milieu de gamme.\u00a0
Contrairement \u00e0 la progression du chiffre d’affaire issue du site web, les ventes en boutiques sont au ralenti et c’est la raison pour laquelle Edmond Kassapian, PDG de l’enseigne s’oriente aussi vers la vente de ses produits \u00e0 l’international. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
