L’animateur intervient d\u00e8s l’arriv\u00e9e du nouveau franchis\u00e9 dans le r\u00e9seau. Apr\u00e8s les entretiens pr\u00e9alables, le montage du dossier, la recherche d’emplacement, arrive l’animateur. Il suit de pr\u00e8s l’am\u00e9nagement du magasin, veille au respect du concept, essaie de transmette \u00e0 cette nouvelle recrue l’esprit et la culture de l’enseigne.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
Une fois le magasin lanc\u00e9, le travail de l’animateur commence vraiment. D’ailleurs ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de est parfois d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 \u00e0 un ouvreur, un sp\u00e9cialiste de la phase d’ouverture. Les franchis\u00e9s sont des partenaires. L’animateur reste attentif \u00e0 tout ce qui se passe, sans tomber dans l’assistanat ni la camaraderie. Il permet au contraire au franchis\u00e9 de devenir de plus en plus professionnel. Il aide le franchis\u00e9 \u00e0 analyser et comprendre sa situation et \u00e0 mettre en place les plans d’actions n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la progression ou au redressement. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
Souvent sont organis\u00e9es des r\u00e9unions r\u00e9gionales qui ont pour objet des mises au point faisant \u00e9voluer le concept gr\u00e2ce aux remarques des franchis\u00e9s, hommes de terrain plus proches des clients. <\/p>\n
