Puisqu’il est quasiment impossible d’interroger tous les clients potentiels pr\u00e9sents sur une zone d’enqu\u00eate (contraintes de temps et d’argent), le franchis\u00e9 doit calculer et d\u00e9terminer un \u00e9chantillon repr\u00e9sentatif<\/strong> de la population \u00e0 \u00e9tudier. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

La taille de l’\u00e9chantillon repose surtout sur un compromis entre le degr\u00e9 de pr\u00e9cision<\/strong> que l’on souhaite atteindre, le budget <\/strong>affect\u00e9 \u00e0 l’enqu\u00eate, le temps <\/strong>dont on dispose pour r\u00e9aliser le sondage et analyser les r\u00e9sultats. Un conseil : pour d\u00e9terminer la taille de l’\u00e9chantillon, il est fortement recommand\u00e9 de se rapprocher d’un conseiller sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les enqu\u00eates, d’une junior-entreprise, d’un cabinet conseil <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9termin\u00e9 le nombre de personnes \u00e0 interroger, il faut choisir la m\u00e9thode qui d\u00e9terminera les personnes \u00e0 interroger. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Lorsque l’on ne dispose pas d’une liste compl\u00e8te et fiable, on choisit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la m\u00e9thode des quotas <\/strong>: on prend en compte des statistiques d\u00e9finissant la r\u00e9partition d’une population globale : \u00e2ge, sexe, cat\u00e9gories socioprofessionnelles et on la reproduit \u00e0 l’image d’une maquette en \u00ab mod\u00e8le r\u00e9duit \u00bb pour constituer l’\u00e9chantillon. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

– La m\u00e9thode des itin\u00e9raires<\/strong> : cette m\u00e9thode pourrait s’apparenter \u00e0 un tirage au sort. Des instructions pr\u00e9cises sont donn\u00e9es et doivent \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9es scrupuleusement. Par exemple \u00ab Interroger toutes les personnes d’une rue habitant aux num\u00e9ros pairs. S’il s’agit d’un immeuble, interroger les appartements situ\u00e9s \u00e0 droite sur le palier \u00bb. Contrairement \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode des quotas, l’intervieweur ne peut pas influer sur le choix des personnes \u00e0 interroger. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

– L’\u00e9chantillonnage en grappes<\/strong> : cette m\u00e9thode est utilis\u00e9e lorsqu’il est difficile de se procurer une liste exhaustive de la population \u00e9tudi\u00e9e. Il est tout d’abord n\u00e9cessaire de d\u00e9couper la population en grappes notamment g\u00e9ographique (par exemple les quartiers ou les arrondissements d’une ville) puis de tirer au hasard certaines de ces grappes. Enfin, il faut recenser tous les individus des grappes choisies. Si l’\u00e9tablissement d’une liste exhaustive n’est pas possible dans l’une des grappes, un nouveau tirage au hasard devra \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

– L’\u00e9chantillonnage par strates<\/strong> : cette m\u00e9thode requiert l’utilisation d’une liste exhaustive et une tr\u00e8s bonne connaissance de la r\u00e9partition de la population \u00e9tudi\u00e9e par des strates en lien avec l’objet de l’enqu\u00eate. Il faut d\u00e9terminer le nombre d’individus \u00e0 interroger par strate (sexe, \u00e2ge,). La taille de l’\u00e9chantillon sera fix\u00e9e proportionnellement \u00e0 la population globale et un tirage au hasard sera effectu\u00e9 dans chaque strate. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
