Les habitudes de consommation ont chang\u00e9<\/h3>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Dans le cadre de son \u00e9tude sur les tendances 2013, Nielsen d\u00e9gage les grandes tendances de la consommation 2012 et nous donne quelques pistes pour l’ann\u00e9e en cours. Certes, la consommation et surtout les habitudes alimentaires se modifient en raison du contexte \u00e9conomique<\/strong>. Si la part des budgets consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 l’alimentation reste stable depuis 5 ans dans le budget des Fran\u00e7ais, la tendance globale est bien \u00e0 l’\u00e9conomie sur d’autres postes de d\u00e9pense. Concr\u00e8tement, on assiste \u00e0 une diminution de la part prise par la t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie (merci Free !), les assurances et l’automobile. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Dans ce panorama c’est surtout la restauration qui semble souffrir le plus durement des arbitrages des consommateurs fran\u00e7ais. De plus en plus, les foyers pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent manger chez eux et boudent les rendez-vous r\u00e9guliers aurestaurant. Au premier semestre 2012, le chiffre d’affaires de l’h\u00f4tellerie-restauration aurait m\u00eame baiss\u00e9 de 8 %. Des r\u00e9sultats qui ne semblent pas avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 contredits depuis. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Le prix reste toujours le param\u00e8tre essentiel et les Fran\u00e7ais sont de plus en plus \u00e0 l’aff\u00fbt des bonnes affaires<\/strong>. Les enseignes l’ont compris tr\u00e8s rapidement en menant des campagnes prix bas offensives et distribue de plus en plus ses grands formats \u00e9conomiques pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9s par les familles nombreuses. Les clients sont \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s sensibles \u00e0 l’effort des distributeurs sur les prix de fond de rayon. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Parall\u00e8lement, le march\u00e9 des marques de distributeur (MDD) semble stagner <\/strong>depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es. Si celui-ci pesait 30 % en valeur dans les supermarch\u00e9s et les hypermarch\u00e9s en 2009, il n’aurait pas repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 plus de 30,1 % des ventes en 2002. Sur ce segment, tout l’enjeu est aujourd’hui de gagner en qualit\u00e9 et de s’int\u00e9grer pleinement sur des nouvelles gammes de produits comme le bio ou le terroir qui ont le vent en poupe. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
