Frantz Lallement<\/strong> : \u00ab\u00a0Je suis le Pr\u00e9sident du Groupe FL, un groupe de franchises qui a notamment dans ses activit\u00e9s, la restauration et l’esth\u00e9tique. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

J’ai rachet\u00e9 la cha\u00eene Esthetic Center<\/a>, cela remonte \u00e0 2003 exactement. Cette cha\u00eene a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 exister en 1998, \u00e0 l’\u00e9poque, j’avais observ\u00e9 ses fondateurs – puisque je les connaissais – monter ce concept qui me paraissait tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant, et petit \u00e0 petit, en les observant, j’ai pu remarquer qu’il y avait un certain attrait pour ce concept. Il y avait des cha\u00eenes concurrentes et je m’y suis int\u00e9ress\u00e9 jusqu’au jour o\u00f9 je’lai rachet\u00e9, apr\u00e8s avoir fait des \u00e9tudes sur le potentiel de ce concept. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Au d\u00e9part, c’\u00e9tait de l’\u00e9pilation sans rendez-vous, \u00e0 petits prix. Le concept c’\u00e9tait de prendre un abonnement et nous avions des prix plus bas. Cela fid\u00e9lisait les clientes.\u00a0J’ai trouv\u00e9 ce concept tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant, et rapidement, je me suis dit que c’\u00e9tait finalement le concept des instituts de beaut\u00e9 de demain<\/strong>. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

En quelques ann\u00e9es, nous avons eu une progression d’\u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s 25 magasins par an et je g\u00e8re aujourd’hui une cha\u00eene avec 200 instituts<\/strong>. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Le concept est fort ! C’est un concept o\u00f9 les clients paient un abonnement de 9,90 euros, et \u00e0 partir de cet abonnement, ils b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de r\u00e9ductions sur l’ensemble des prestations, de presque 30% voire plus sur l’\u00e9pilation, un outil formidable de fid\u00e9lisation. En conclusion, nous arrivons \u00e0 faire 2, 3 fois plus de chiffre d’affaires qu’un institut de beaut\u00e9 moyen<\/strong> que nous constatons en France. C’est la r\u00e9ussite d’Esthetic Center aujourd’hui. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Il faut savoir que nous nous adressons non seulement aux femmes mais aussi aux hommes. Il y a \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s 80% de femmes qui ne fr\u00e9quentent pas actuellement les instituts de beaut\u00e9, nous travaillons donc avec les 20% plus une captation de ces 80% qui augmentent chaque ann\u00e9e. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Nos points forts sont les prix doux et le \u00ab\u00a0sans rendez-vous\u00a0\u00bb. <\/strong>Aujourd’hui, les femmes sont en attente de soins de beaut\u00e9 mais ne veulent pas d\u00e9penser des sommes importantes, c’est ce que nous leur proposons. Et nous avons le \u00ab\u00a0sans rendez-vous\u00a0\u00bb, nous avons peur de prendre rendez-vous car il faut attendre 15 jours et puis nous avons besoin de se faire \u00e9piler et chez Esthetic Center aujourd’hui, nous pouvons venir quand nous le voulons, nous vous prendrons de toutes fa\u00e7ons et nous vous \u00e9pilerons pour un prix doux \u00e0 condition effectivement d’\u00eatre abonn\u00e9. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Nous avons ce que nous appelons le Free, c’est-\u00e0-dire sans abonnement, un prix normal qui se situe dans la moyenne des instituts de beaut\u00e9 en France. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Chez Esthetic Center, nous nous ne contentons pas seulement de proposer des soins, ces soins sont analys\u00e9s, pr\u00e9par\u00e9s, nous formons nos esth\u00e9ticiennes \u00e0 des soins dans des timings tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis<\/strong> avec des produits sp\u00e9cifiques, avec des machines choisies\u00a0non par hasard, pour optimiser la rentabilit\u00e9 horaire et la productivit\u00e9 de nos esth\u00e9ticiennes, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0\u00a0produire les meilleurs r\u00e9sultats possibles. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Nous n’allons pas baisser la qualit\u00e9 surtout dans la beaut\u00e9. Il faut que les personnes aient confiance pour entrer dans un magasin, il faut qu’ils aient une forme de notori\u00e9t\u00e9 qui pousse \u00e0 dire, je peux y aller en toute confiance car ils vont prendre soin de ma peau. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
