Par rapport au concept et au savoir-faire Electro Cash d’origine, seuls les points forts pertinents sur le march\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais ont \u00e9t\u00e9 conserv\u00e9s. Un travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait pour acqu\u00e9rir les savoir-faire manquants et les transf\u00e9rer d’abord \u00e0 des personnes non issues du m\u00e9tier puis plus tard aux professionnels. Une nouvelle marque assortie de son architecture sp\u00e9cifique et de sa communication propre a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e. L’assortiment s’est concentr\u00e9 sur la cuisine \u00e9quip\u00e9e, meubles et encastrables. La relation avec la client\u00e8le a \u00e9t\u00e9 b\u00e2tie sur le respect des int\u00e9r\u00eats du client, les prix nets et la conception de la cuisine la plus conforme \u00e0 ses moyens et \u00e0 ses r\u00eaves.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
Mais surtout, il faut retenir que l’\u00e9volution s’est appuy\u00e9e sur quatre piliers<\/strong> : <\/em>\u00ab\u00a0Les r\u00e9sultats ? En 2011 Ixina a 80 magasins en France et met le cap sur 100. Plus \u00e9tonnant, le concept Ixina a rebondi en Belgique o\u00f9 \u00e0 partir de 2000, les magasins Electro Cash ont choisi d’adopter le concept Ixina avec des diff\u00e9rences dans l’assortiment pour respecter l’historique du r\u00e9seau et les besoins du march\u00e9. Ils sont 40 d\u00e9sormais. Et l’histoire n’est pas finie car le 7 d\u00e9cembre 2011, le magazine LSA a remis les Troph\u00e9es LSA de l’innovation et r\u00e9compens\u00e9 la franchise Ixina dans la cat\u00e9gorie \u00ab Concept de magasin non alimentaire \u00bb pour son tout nouveau concept, mis en place au mois d’octobre 2011. Il s’agit du 4\u00e8me concept depuis le premier Electro-Cash \u00e0 Bruxelles en 1971 il y a 40 ans. Le parcours client a \u00e9t\u00e9 revu int\u00e9gralement. Les magasins offrent aux consommateurs des outils de derni\u00e8res technologies (\u00e9crans tactiles, visualisation de la cuisine dans un salon 3D en taille r\u00e9elle), qui leur permettent de cr\u00e9er la cuisine de leur r\u00eave. Mais cela, c’est dans un autre chapitre appel\u00e9 \u00ab l’innovation, moteur de l’\u00e9volution \u00bb qu’il faudrait l’analyser.\u00a0\u00bb <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
