Les enseignes recherchent des candidats \u00e0 la franchise avec un profil type. Souvent l’accent n’est pas mis sur le m\u00e9tier et les connaissances techniques mais sur la motivation et le temp\u00e9rament commercial ou la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 manager du candidat. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

En effet, pour la plupart des concepts de r\u00e9seaux de franchise, la r\u00e9ussite repose essentiellement sur une personnalit\u00e9 commer\u00e7ante, commerciale, manag\u00e9riale. Les comp\u00e9tences aux connaissances peuvent \u00eatre acquises au sein du r\u00e9seau. De nombreuses enseignes proposent \u00e0 leurs franchis\u00e9s une formation initiale allant de quelques jours \u00e0 quelques mois. Le principe est d’amener les entrepreneurs \u00e0 \u00eatre op\u00e9rationnels rapidement afin de d\u00e9velopper leur activit\u00e9. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Nous avons un programme de formation, il faut savoir que deux apprentis sur trois sont conserv\u00e9s comme m\u00e9caniciens. Nous avons \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de cadres c’est-\u00e0-dire des directeurs de magasins qui n’ont qu’un CAP ou un BEP.<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Il faut rappeler que le syst\u00e8me scolaire en France n’est pas parfait, donc il y a souvent des laiss\u00e9s pour compte qui n’ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 au bon endroit au bon moment et pour la preuve j’ai deux de mes centres int\u00e9gr\u00e9s – les deux plus gros du r\u00e9seau d’ailleurs – qui sont dirig\u00e9s par d’anciens m\u00e9caniciens avec qui nous avons fait des formations et qui aujourd’hui, sont cadres et managent un certain nombre de personnes. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Il faut savoir aussi que nous avons ce m\u00eame profil dans nos responsables de secteur et il y a aussi aujourd’hui\u00a0sept magasins Delko qui sont d\u00e9tenus par des anciens salari\u00e9s<\/strong> qui ont tent\u00e9 l’aventure individuelle.\u00a0L’ascenseur social n’est pas un v\u00e9h\u00e9ment chez nous et de toute fa\u00e7on c’est comme toute entreprise, c’est une histoire de passion qu’il faut imp\u00e9rativement transmettre.\u00a0\u00bb <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
