Il est n\u00e9cessaire de mettre au point des strat\u00e9gies qui laissent au consommateur sa libert\u00e9<\/b> car s’il peut avoir besoin de conseils, il peut aussi souhaiter trouver rapidement le produit de son choix. L’objectif est de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 tout type de consommateur <\/b>: l’amateur l’expert, le n\u00e9ophyte, le press\u00e9 ou le fl\u00e2neur, sachant que chaque consommateur peut \u00eatre tous ceux-l\u00e0 au cours de l’ann\u00e9e ! <\/p>\n

Dans tous les cas, la conseill\u00e8re beaut\u00e9 constitue un rouage de plus en plus strat\u00e9gique puisque l’enjeu r\u00e9side dans sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 effectuer un diagnostic psychologique de la cliente. Avant de parler de sur-mesure pour les produits, il semble important de s’attaquer \u00e0 la customisation du discours.
