Les enseignes adoptent de plus en plus l’encaissement en libre service et s’orientent vers le paiement direct par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone mobile ou carte de paiement ainsi que vers les coupons de r\u00e9duction d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
On compte environ 10 % de caisses automatiques en moyenne dans les hypermarch\u00e9s, certains en offrant pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9. Ces caisses assurent une plus grande fluidit\u00e9 du trafic<\/strong>. Il y a deux techniques possibles\u00a0: le self-check-out pour les petits paniers, le client scanne ses articles et r\u00e8gle ses achats en libre service. Quant au self scanning, il permet aux clients ayant de nombreux achats de scanner ses produits dans le magasin au fur et \u00e0 mesure. Il b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie ensuite du passage \u00e0 une caisse r\u00e9serv\u00e9e, sans vider son chariot. Les clients n’auront plus besoin d’ins\u00e9rer leur carte bancaire, il suffira d’approcher une carte de paiement ou un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone mobile pour effectuer la transaction. Ces technologies permettent de r\u00e9duire le d\u00e9lai d’encaissement de moiti\u00e9. Les paiements seraient pr\u00e9vus pour des sommes suffisantes, de plus de 25 \u20ac.<\/p>\n De plus, certaines enseignes travaillent sur la d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation des coupons de r\u00e9duction<\/strong>. L’utilisation du t\u00e9l\u00e9phone mobile est privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e. Des initiatives ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prises qui permettent au client de visualiser directement sur \u00e9cran les r\u00e9ductions dont il dispose en m\u00eame temps que les messages promotionnels. En attendant des hypermarch\u00e9s proposent d\u00e9j\u00e0 des tickets de caisse plus lisibles avec un classement par cat\u00e9gorie de produits et des informations pr\u00e9cises sur le compte de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9.
