Avec la derni\u00e8re ouverture en juillet \u00e0 Limoges, la franchise<\/strong> de bar \u00e0 th\u00e8me Coffe shop Columbus Caf\u00e9 confirme sa progression sur le cr\u00e9neau de l’expresso bar. Elle propose \u00e0 la fois une gamme de caf\u00e9s, de th\u00e9s, de jus de fruits mais aussi une carte de restauration rapide <\/strong>(sandwicherie, viennoiseries, salades compos\u00e9es) pour tous ceux qui veulent faire une pose dans la journ\u00e9e.
Cette enseigne\u00a0a ouvert sa premi\u00e8re unit\u00e9 en 1994, a en 2002 choisi la franchise<\/strong> comme mode de d\u00e9veloppement\u00a0. Elle s’est implant\u00e9e en France comme \u00e0 l’\u00e9tranger (Belgique, Liban, Turquie, Dubai,..) dans les a\u00e9roports, les centres commerciaux, les rues pi\u00e9tonnes des centres ville et sur les autoroutes dans les stations service.
La derni\u00e8re unit\u00e9 en franchise ouverte en juin dernier ne le restera pas longtemps car le franchiseur<\/strong> a programm\u00e9 pour 2011 plus d’une dizaine d’implantations en France. Colombus Caf\u00e9 est pr\u00e9sente comme chaque ann\u00e9e au Salon de la Franchise Expo Paris. Le prochain en mars 2011 (Porte de Versailles). Elle propose une exclusivit\u00e9 territoriale, un droit d’entr\u00e9e de 15 000 euros, une redevance d’exploitation de 5% et une participation publicitaire de 2% du chiffre d’affaires HT.<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
