L’enseigne Vinomania <\/strong>vient de confirmer son arriv\u00e9e prochaine en Belgique<\/strong>. Premi\u00e8re implantation : Namur. Ouverture pr\u00e9vue pour d\u00e9but 2011.<\/p>\n

Le concept Vinomania<\/strong>, se d\u00e9veloppe \u00e0 travers la France et \u00e0 l’\u00e9tranger gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un r\u00e9seau de concessionnaires. Pour la troisi\u00e8me fois depuis sa creation, l’enseigne<\/strong> a expos\u00e9 son concept au Salon de la Franchise de Paris<\/strong> du 14 au 17 mars 2010, avec cette ann\u00e9e un r\u00e9seau de 12 villes.<\/p>\n

Cr\u00e9\u00e9 il y a un peu plus de deux ans, toute l’originalit\u00e9 du concept de l’enseigne Vinomania <\/strong>r\u00e9side dans le regroupement, dans les m\u00eames locaux, d’une zone de vente cave, d’une zone bar \u00e0 vin\/restauration, mais aussi dans l’agencement et l’ambiance apport\u00e9s par un d\u00e9cor, qui aux dires de l’enseigne, se veut \u00ab contemporain, chaleureux, sobre et \u00e9l\u00e9gant <\/em>\u00bb.<\/p>\n

La zone cave offre une s\u00e9lection compos\u00e9e de 80 % de vins de ch\u00e2teaux et de domaines c\u00e9l\u00e8bres en bag-in-box* de 3 litres, dont la plupart sont des AOC, tous disponibles en d\u00e9gustation gratuite (environ 4 cl) et de 20 % de bouteilles de vins et Champagnes.<\/p>\n

La zone bar \u00e0 vin\/restauration propose quant \u00e0 elle la d\u00e9gustation gratuite de 3 vins (3 X 4 cl environ) s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s par un sommelier autour d’assiettes le midi et le soir. Certaines soir\u00e9es sont m\u00eame r\u00e9serv\u00e9es aux d\u00e9gustations organis\u00e9es par le concessionnaire mais \u00e9galement pour les entreprises, groupes, associations, etc d\u00e9sireux d’organiser des soir\u00e9es priv\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

* Contrairement au Cubit\u00e9naire (non herm\u00e9tique \u00e0 l’air) la technologie du Bag in Box (BIB) issue de la recherche spatiale (Nasa), permet d’avoir le produit \u00e0 l’abri de la lumi\u00e8re mais surtout de l’oxyg\u00e8ne. Un balayage \u00e0 l’azote va chasser l’air avant de fermer la poche. Le vin est sous vide et ainsi votre consommation peut se faire sur plusieurs mois sans risque d’oxydation (source : l’enseigne).
