La Bo\u00eete \u00e0 Pizza<\/a><\/b> s’est associ\u00e9e avec Jean-Andr\u00e9 Charial pour r\u00e9aliser sa troisi\u00e8me Pizza des Grands Chefs<\/b>. Disponible dans l’ensemble des points de vente du r\u00e9seau, cette pizza in\u00e9dite est propos\u00e9e dans le cadre d’un partenariat exclusif entre l’enseigne et quatre grands chefs \u00e9toil\u00e9s. <\/p>\n En f\u00e9vrier 2010 a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 le premier partenariat entre la seule enseigne de vente et livraison \u00e0 domicile de pizzas gastronomiques, et des chefs \u00e9toil\u00e9s. Quatre grands chefs, dont les noms sont d\u00e9voil\u00e9s au fur et \u00e0 mesure des op\u00e9rations, ont accept\u00e9 d’\u00e9laborer deux recettes de leur choix. Le go\u00fbt et le respect des produits du terroir sont les ma\u00eetres mots de cette collaboration qui a pour but de d\u00e9mocratiser la grande cuisine. Les produits r\u00e9gionaux, \u00e0 la fois frais et savoureux, d\u00e9pos\u00e9s sur une p\u00e2te \u00e0 pizza permettent de faire d\u00e9couvrir \u00e0 un public non aguerri de nouvelles saveurs. <\/p>\n
La pizza du grand chef fran\u00e7ais Jean-Andr\u00e9 Charial, originaire des Baux de Provence<\/b>, au coeur des Alpilles, est d\u00e9sormais propos\u00e9e dans les 140 points de vente du r\u00e9seau. Tomates confites, caviar d’aubergine et boulettes d’agneau piqu\u00e9es aux anchois, sont les produits qui composent cette recette unique. Jean-Andr\u00e9 Charial, succ\u00e8de aux chefs \u00e9toil\u00e9s Mauro Colagreco et Nicolas Stamm et propose une pizza haute en couleurs \u00e0 l’image de sa cuisine et de sa r\u00e9gion. <\/p>\n
