Nous connaissons tous au moins une marque d’adoucisseur qui s’est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par le porte \u00e0 porte et le marketing direct avec des VRP commissionn\u00e9s. Nous avons tous entendu parler de l’un de ces r\u00e9seaux de vente directe parfois assimilables \u00e0 de la vente \u00ab\u00a0boule de neige\u00a0\u00bb et qui proposent de la filtration et de la gaz\u00e9ification. <\/p>\n
Aujourd’hui, la r\u00e9flexion de certains acteurs sur le march\u00e9 du traitement de l’eau consiste \u00e0 remplacer les m\u00e9thodes de vente parfois agressives par des m\u00e9thodes plus \u00ab\u00a0soft\u00a0\u00bb avec de la pub, des magasins, des franchis\u00e9s….. Mais il reste encore des afficionados du pied dans la porte et de la fausse r\u00e9duction pour emporter une d\u00e9cision rapide avant d’\u00eatre mis en concurrence ! Ces m\u00e9thodes sont condamnables car elles ne permettent pas au consommateur de d\u00e9cider en pleine connaissance de cause. Elles permettent un gain imm\u00e9diat pour le vendeur mais au d\u00e9triment de l’image de marque et de la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau.<\/p>\n
La premi\u00e8re erreur\u00a0\u00e0 \u00e9viter, c’est l’illusion du\u00a0produit r\u00e9volutionnaire et exclusif<\/strong><\/em>. Qu’il y ait des innovations et des performances techniques est ind\u00e9niable mais la notion d’exclusivit\u00e9 est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus li\u00e9e \u00e0 une marque ou \u00e0 un fournisseur interm\u00e9diaire qu’\u00e0 un r\u00e9sultat d\u00e9fini. Et quand l’exclusivit\u00e9 sur un brevet est garantie, sachez qu’il existe souvent d’autres moyens d’arriver \u00e0 un\u00a0r\u00e9sultat identique.<\/p>\n La seconde erreur\u00a0\u00e0 \u00e9viter, c’est d’accorder trop d’importance \u00e0 la notion de fabricant<\/em><\/strong>. La plupart fabriquent les bo\u00eetiers dans lesquels ils mettent les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s actifs achet\u00e9s ailleurs et donc \u00e9galement fournis \u00e0 leurs concurrents.<\/p>\n La troisi\u00e8me erreur\u00a0\u00e0 \u00e9viter, c’est de croire que ce march\u00e9 va se d\u00e9velopper sans que certaines marges excessives ne soient \u00ab\u00a0reproportionn\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/em> sous la pression d’une concurrence qui devrait amener des entreprises plus puissantes \u00e0 s’int\u00e9resser aux diff\u00e9rents march\u00e9s de l’eau.<\/p>\n Et pourtant, l’arriv\u00e9e d’acteurs plus importants qu’actuellement pourrait \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9bloquer\u00a0\u00bb ce potentiel que chacun entrevoit…..Nous en reparlerons bient\u00f4t en d\u00e9voilant une v\u00e9ritable innovation.<\/span> <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Le traitement de l’eau est un march\u00e9 d\u00e9j\u00e0 ancien mais aussi d’avenir.
