AC Franchise : Comment \u00eates-vous devenue affili\u00e9e\u00a0 Sergent Major ? Et pourquoi avez-vous d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d’adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 ce r\u00e9seau ?
<\/em>Isabelle Boscher<\/strong> : Apr\u00e8s avoir travaill\u00e9 dans le pr\u00eat-\u00e0-porter femme et la lingerie, je suis devenue responsable d’une boutique Sergent Major. Cette exp\u00e9rience m’a plu car le m\u00e9tier de commer\u00e7ant est tr\u00e8s diversifi\u00e9 : cela demande des qualit\u00e9s relationnelles et d’\u00e9coute, mais aussi des comp\u00e9tences en management d’\u00e9quipe ou en gestion. En tant que responsable de boutique, j’ai pu b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des formations dispens\u00e9es par le r\u00e9seau. J’avais donc toutes les cartes en main pour devenir affili\u00e9e Sergent Major, d’autant plus que je suis passionn\u00e9e par le pr\u00eat-\u00e0-porter enfants en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et par l’enseigne Sergent Major en particulier, notamment en terme de style et en terme de communication. J’ai donc ouvert ma boutique Sergent Major en Septembre 2007 dans le centre ville de Dinan.<\/p>\n

AC Franchise : Comment pensez-vous que les clients per\u00e7oivent l’enseigne Sergent Major ?<\/em><\/strong>
Isabelle Boscher<\/strong> : Avant de conna\u00eetre les collections propos\u00e9es par Sergent Major, les clients per\u00e7oivent les v\u00eatements Sergent Major comme classiques et haut-de-gamme. Une fois qu’ils connaissent l’enseigne, ils s’aper\u00e7oivent que les collections Sergent Major sont modernes, styl\u00e9es, pratiques, confortables et d’un bon rapport qualit\u00e9 prix. Ils appr\u00e9cient \u00e9norm\u00e9ment la carte de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 qui est tr\u00e8s avantageuse.<\/p>\n

AC Franchise : Pour vous, en tant qu’affili\u00e9e, quels sont les atouts de l’appartenance au r\u00e9seau Sergent Major ?
<\/em>Isabelle Boscher:<\/strong> Tout d’abord, Sergent Major est une enseigne de plus en plus connue, qui \u00e9largit son parc de magasins en France et \u00e0 l’international. Nous proposons des produits classiques mais actuels et diff\u00e9rents des concurrents, et avec un rapport qualit\u00e9 \/ prix extr\u00eamement comp\u00e9titif. De plus, notre carte de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 est tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressante et gratuite et repr\u00e9sente un r\u00e9el avantage pour les clientes qui sont ainsi fid\u00e9lis\u00e9es. De plus, nous faisons l’analyse permanente de nos ventes, des remarques des clientes, des manques que nous observons, et nous les remontons r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement au service qualit\u00e9. Cela permet de r\u00e9agir, de se remettre en question et de faire \u00e9voluer la marque Sergent Major. Enfin, le contrat est tr\u00e8s clair avec l’enseigne : le droit d’entr\u00e9e est raisonnable et la commission affiliation limite les risques en terme financier car les stocks sont repris quand ils ne sont pas \u00e9coul\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

AC Franchise : Comment se porte votre activit\u00e9 aujourd’hui ? Rencontrez-vous des difficult\u00e9s ?
<\/em>Isabelle Boscher<\/strong> : Mon magasin se situe dans le centre ville de Dinan, sur une surface de vente de 100 m\u00b2. Je n’ai pas atteint tout de suite mon chiffre d’affaires pr\u00e9visionnel car la marque n’\u00e9tait pas connue en Bretagne. Depuis janvier 2008, j’atteins un chiffre d’affaires sup\u00e9rieur de 10% aux objectifs fix\u00e9s, ce qui est tr\u00e8s positif. Aujourd’hui, j’ai une salari\u00e9e 30 heures par semaine et je ne rencontre pas r\u00e9ellement de difficult\u00e9s car j’ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9e pendant 6 ans au sein du r\u00e9seau Sergent Major.\u00a0 Cependant, \u00eatre affili\u00e9e demande un investissement important en temps administratif et comptable, surtout au d\u00e9marrage de l’activit\u00e9. <\/p>\n

AC Franchise : Quel est le principal conseil que vous donneriez \u00e0 quelqu’un qui veut devenir franchis\u00e9 dans votre m\u00e9tier ?
<\/em>Isabelle Boscher <\/strong>: Je pense qu’il faut avant tout \u00eatre passionn\u00e9 par le produit que l’on vend et ne pas douter de la franchise avec laquelle on travaille. Il faut choisir une enseigne qui se donne les moyens de grandir en terme de communication et de publicit\u00e9. L’emplacement du magasin est \u00e9galement primordial ! Enfin, il est int\u00e9ressant d’aller voir r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement la concurrence afin de comprendre et de r\u00e9pondre aux attentes des clients.<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Pour ma part, je suis tr\u00e8s heureuse d’appartenir au r\u00e9seau Sergent Major ! Je n’aurais pas choisi une autre enseigne ! Le m\u00e9tier me passionne, les produits aussi, et je peux faire \u00e9voluer mon chiffre d’affaires et \u00eatre ind\u00e9pendante, tout en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant de la notori\u00e9t\u00e9 de Sergent Major. D’ailleurs, j’envisage de cr\u00e9er mon deuxi\u00e8me magasin avec le soutien de l’enseigne. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
