Au moment de la mise en place du r\u00e9seau, le franchiseur doit structurer son syst\u00e8me de franchise afin d’assurer la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 de son projet.<\/p>\n

Deux pr\u00e9occupations \u00e9conomiques sont fondamentales : d’abord la rentabilit\u00e9 des capitaux investis par son entreprise et par ses franchis\u00e9s, puis l’attractivit\u00e9 \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e <\/em><\/strong>entre la vente de la franchise et la gestion d’un r\u00e9seau qui doit assurer la rentabilit\u00e9 des franchis\u00e9s. Ceci assurera un v\u00e9ritable partenariat en franchise et sera la source d’une prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 partag\u00e9e. <\/p>\n

On rep\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 8 param\u00e8tres financiers <\/em><\/strong>permettant d’\u00e9tablir \u00e0 la fois l’attractivit\u00e9 et la rentabilit\u00e9. <\/p>\n

Les r\u00e9sultats du pilote <\/em><\/strong>fournissent d’abord les bases cr\u00e9dibles du concept de franchise : chiffre d’affaires sur 3 ans, montant des investissements, exc\u00e9dent brut d’exploitation. <\/p>\n

La d\u00e9termination des 3 redevances de la franchise <\/em><\/strong>ne doit pas se faire \u00e0 l’aveuglette mais \u00e0 partir d’une part des r\u00e9sultats r\u00e9els du pilote et d’autre part d’une pr\u00e9vision budg\u00e9taire des d\u00e9penses de fonctionnement. Ces 3 co\u00fbts peuvent \u00eatre major\u00e9s d’une faible marge dans la mesure o\u00f9 la Redevance Initiale Forfaitaire (RIF) ne d\u00e9passe pas 50 % du r\u00e9sultat courant. <\/p>\n

Un autre param\u00e8tre \u00e0 prendre en compte est appel\u00e9 le ROI (retour sur investissements<\/em><\/strong>). La cr\u00e9ation d’un concept et son d\u00e9veloppement en franchise implique des investissements que le franchiseur entend r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer sur les recette d\u00e9gag\u00e9es par le r\u00e9seau. Puis il faut calculer le ROE (retour sur le capital nominal)<\/em><\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Ensuite vous trouvez 3 EBE (exc\u00e9dent brut d’exploitation)<\/em><\/strong> : celui du d\u00e9veloppement du r\u00e9seau qui est la marge entre les RIF et les co\u00fbts directs du d\u00e9veloppement du r\u00e9seau ; l’EBE du service d’animation – marketing – communication, il s’agit ici de la marge r\u00e9alis\u00e9e entre la somme des redevances du r\u00e9seau et les co\u00fbts directs des services propos\u00e9s ; l’EBE du service logistique est une marge de grossiste, qui doit \u00eatre transparente et limit\u00e9e contractuellement. <\/p>\n

Enfin l’EBE du franchiseur est la somme des 3 EBE pr\u00e9cit\u00e9s<\/em><\/strong>, diminu\u00e9e des frais g\u00e9n\u00e9raux de gestion et de management du r\u00e9seau. Son importance n’assure la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau que si tous les franchis\u00e9s s’enrichissent aussi. <\/p>\n

Ces 8 param\u00e8tres financiers sont complexes mais permettent d’\u00e9tablir une relation s\u00e9curis\u00e9e entre franchiseur et franchis\u00e9s, gr\u00e2ce aussi \u00e0 la rentabilit\u00e9 garantie aux franchis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
