AC Franchise : Parlez-nous de votre parcours ? Pourquoi avez-vous d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d’adh\u00e9rer au r\u00e9seau Publiconcept ?
<\/em><\/strong>Philippe Coste : Apr\u00e8s plus de 20 ans d’exp\u00e9rience dans la publicit\u00e9 en tant que cadre sup\u00e9rieur chez Ipsos, j’ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de devenir mon propre chef dans un domaine que je connaissais. J’ai alors d\u00e9couvert le concept de publicit\u00e9 au dos des tickets de caisse dans la presse, et cela m’a tr\u00e8s vite s\u00e9duit. J’ai donc contact\u00e9 plusieurs r\u00e9seaux et j’ai choisi Publiconcept, notamment en raison de son exp\u00e9rience et de son ant\u00e9riorit\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9, mais aussi pour la personnalit\u00e9 et la fa\u00e7on de travailler des dirigeants qui correspondaient \u00e0 mon \u00e9tat d’esprit. J’ai donc lanc\u00e9 mon entreprise en F\u00e9vrier 2005 \u00e0 Fontainebleau.<\/p>\n

ACF : Comment pensez-vous que les clients per\u00e7oivent l’enseigne ?<\/em><\/strong>
PC : La perception de l’enseigne par les clients d\u00e9pend avant tout de la fa\u00e7on dont les franchis\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentent le concept car nos clients ont besoin d’\u00eatre rassur\u00e9s. Pour ma part, j’int\u00e8gre dans ma d\u00e9marche commerciale l’historique de l’enseigne et le fait que Publiconcept a \u00e9t\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re entreprise \u00e0 produire ce support. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les prospects sont s\u00e9duits par notre s\u00e9rieux et par l’aspect tendance du support. Enfin, le taux de renouvellement de nos clients est tr\u00e8s important (environ 50% des annonceurs), je suppose qu’ils sont donc satisfaits !<\/p>\n

ACF : Pour vous, en tant que franchis\u00e9, quels sont les atouts de l’appartenance au r\u00e9seau PUBLICONCEPT ?
<\/em><\/strong>PC : Pour moi, le principal atout est l’\u00e9coute, la disponibilit\u00e9 et l’accompagnement permanent du r\u00e9seau. Un franchis\u00e9 Publiconcept n’est jamais seul : Monsieur Ollier, le directeur de l’enseigne, est toujours \u00e0 notre \u00e9coute pour nous conseiller, nous accompagner, faire le point sur notre activit\u00e9, De plus, tous les franchis\u00e9s ont acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un forum qui permet d’\u00e9changer sur la concurrence, sur nos activit\u00e9s respectives, sur nos succ\u00e8s et \u00e9checs et sur nos diverses exp\u00e9riences. Enfin, le franchiseur nous sollicite r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour participer \u00e0 la vie du r\u00e9seau, aux d\u00e9cisions sur les orientations de l’enseigne, <\/p>\n

ACF : Comment se porte votre activit\u00e9 aujourd’hui ? Rencontrez-vous des difficult\u00e9s ?<\/em><\/strong>
PC : J’ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 mon entreprise Publiconcept il y a 3 ans \u00e0 Fontainebleau. Aujourd’hui, mon territoire est vaste puisqu’il s’\u00e9tend \u00e0 la moiti\u00e9 de la Seine et Marne, \u00e0 une partie du Loiret et \u00e0 l’Yonne, et j’ai une vingtaine de partenaires comme Intermarch\u00e9, Leclerc, Champion, Monoprix, Depuis 2005, mon chiffre d’affaires ne cesse de progresser et je r\u00e9alise une marge brute de 53% de mon chiffre d’affaires. J’ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 fid\u00e9lis\u00e9 de nombreux annonceurs et trouv\u00e9 de nouveaux partenaires. Je ne rencontre pas de r\u00e9elles difficult\u00e9s \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que mon nouveau m\u00e9tier s’inscrit dans mes exp\u00e9riences pass\u00e9es. Cependant, je pars du principe que rien n’est jamais acquis et qu’il ne faut jamais n\u00e9gliger un nouveau contact.<\/p>\n

ACF : Quel est le principal conseil que vous donneriez \u00e0 quelqu’un qui veut devenir franchis\u00e9 dans votre m\u00e9tier?
<\/em><\/strong>PC : Je pense qu’il est indispensable d’aller jusqu’au bout des choses et de ne n\u00e9gliger aucun contact. Pour exercer ce m\u00e9tier, il faut un r\u00e9el\u00a0 sens commercial, aimer le contact client, savoir rebondir et surtout travailler r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement en se fixant des objectifs.<\/p>\n

ACF : En Conclusion, \u00eates vous satisfait d’\u00eatre franchis\u00e9 PUBLICONCEPT ?
<\/em><\/strong>PC : Je suis tr\u00e8s satisfait d’\u00eatre franchis\u00e9 Publiconcept : je me sens bien dans le r\u00e9seau, je suis bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9, je participe au d\u00e9veloppement du r\u00e9seau et aux d\u00e9cisions !<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
