Ceux-ci b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient ainsi de prix tr\u00e8s attractifs, avec des r\u00e9ductions allant jusqu’\u00e0 60% !<\/p>\n

AC Franchise : Comment se porte le march\u00e9 actuellement ? Quelle place a votre enseigne sur le march\u00e9 ?
<\/em><\/strong>JBC : Le march\u00e9 de la cartouche est en pleine expansion : il repr\u00e9sente un chiffre d’affaires de 2 milliards d’euros. En France, les consommateurs utilisent environ 20% de produits compatibles et recycl\u00e9s alors que ce chiffre atteint les 50% aux Etats-Unis. Le potentiel de croissance est donc \u00e9norme, d’autant plus que nous n’avons que peu de concurrents sur le march\u00e9 !<\/p>\n

AC Franchise : Quelle est l’originalit\u00e9 de votre concept ?
<\/em><\/strong>JBC : Puisque nous ne recyclons pas les cartouches en magasin, l’activit\u00e9 ne n\u00e9cessite qu’une personne, le franchis\u00e9, qui g\u00e8re son point de vente et d\u00e9marche les entreprises, qui repr\u00e9sentent environ 70 % du chiffre d’affaires ! De plus, Ink’Eko\u00a0 propose une largeur de gamme exceptionnelle comprenant plus de 500 r\u00e9f\u00e9rences de cartouches laser, plus de 150 r\u00e9f\u00e9rences de cartouches compatibles en jet d’encre, plus de 50 r\u00e9f\u00e9rences de cartouches r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es en jet d’encre et toutes les cartouches de marques et toners, soit plus de 1800 r\u00e9f\u00e9rences. Les cartouches sont recycl\u00e9es chez les fournisseurs d’Ink’Eko, permettant ainsi un process et un contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s rigoureux, et donc des produits de grande qualit\u00e9. Enfin, Ink’Eko d\u00e9veloppe un concept \u00e9cologique en collectant les cartouches usag\u00e9es, en r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rant les cartouches r\u00e9utilisables et en recyclant les cartouches non r\u00e9utilisables.<\/p>\n

AC Franchise : Parlez-nous de votre d\u00e9veloppement jusque maintenant et de la r\u00e9ussite de votre franchis\u00e9 existant ?
<\/em><\/strong>JBC : Ink’Eko a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2003 et j’ai repris l’enseigne en 2006. Nous avons alors lanc\u00e9 un magasin pilote Ink’Eko en Ao\u00fbt 2006 \u00e0 Paris 17\u00e8me. Nous souhaitions avant tout nous d\u00e9velopper de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie et bien tester le concept avant de le lancer en franchise ! La premi\u00e8re franchise a donc ouvert ses portes \u00e0 Saint-Vincent-de-Tyrosse en Mai 2007. Nous avons apport\u00e9 une r\u00e9elle assistance commerciale \u00e0 ce franchis\u00e9 et l’avons accompagn\u00e9 dans ses rendez-vous d’entreprises. D’ailleurs, il b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d’un tr\u00e8s gros potentiel avec les entreprises et ses d\u00e9marches commerciales se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent concluantes.<\/p>\n

AC Franchise : Quels sont d\u00e9sormais vos objectifs \u00e0 court et moyen terme et quels moyens allez-vous engager pour y parvenir ?
<\/em><\/strong>JBC : Nous pr\u00e9voyons d’ouvrir 6 nouvelles unit\u00e9s franchis\u00e9es en 2008. Pour cela, nous avons confi\u00e9 notre d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 Dominique Van Moerkercke, consultante AC Franchise et communiquons sur le site Internet
ac-franchise.be<\/a>. Parall\u00e8lement, nous avons mis en place des accords avec de nouveaux fournisseurs, nous permettant d’offrir des produits \u00e0 des prix plus bas et plus comp\u00e9titifs ! <\/p>\n

AC Franchise : Quels sont les avantages sp\u00e9cifiques de votre r\u00e9seau pour un franchis\u00e9 ?
<\/em><\/strong>JBC : Tout d’abord, le franchis\u00e9 n’a pas besoin de recruter de salari\u00e9, limitant ainsi les co\u00fbts au d\u00e9marrage. Apr\u00e8s une formation de 5 jours, il b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera d’une assistance de 2 jours \u00e0 l’ouverture, d’une assistance commerciale de 3 jours un mois apr\u00e8s l’ouverture, puis de 2 jours par mois pendant la 1\u00e8re ann\u00e9e d’activit\u00e9. Son appartenance au r\u00e9seau Ink’Eko lui permettra d’offrir une largeur de gamme exceptionnelle, pour une marge brute pouvant aller jusqu’\u00e0 70%, et de profiter d’une centrale d’achat d\u00e9di\u00e9e bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Creil et de d\u00e9lais de livraison de 24 \u00e0 48H, chez le client ou le franchis\u00e9. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un logiciel informatique sp\u00e9cifique, le franchis\u00e9 pourra g\u00e9rer ses stocks, ses approvisionnements et son magasin en toute simplicit\u00e9. Enfin, nous mettons en place la communication au niveau national et local gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une agence de communication sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n
