AC Franchise : Racontez-nous votre parcours et ce qui vous a amen\u00e9 \u00e0 devenir\u00a0 franchis\u00e9 Ink’Eko ?
<\/em><\/strong>Patrice Baudry : Avant de devenir franchis\u00e9 Ink’Eko, j’ai \u00e9t\u00e9 technicien en service apr\u00e8s vente pendant 18 ans. Apr\u00e8s une ann\u00e9e de recherches d’enseigne pour monter mon entreprise, j’ai d\u00e9couvert sur Internet le concept de remplissage de cartouches. J’ai tout de suite \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9duit par le concept, d’autant plus qu’il n’existait pas encore dans ma r\u00e9gion. J’ai alors \u00e9tudi\u00e9 les diff\u00e9rentes enseignes qui d\u00e9veloppaient ce concept. J’ai choisi Ink’Eko car j’ai tout de suite eu un excellent contact avec Monsieur Viard et Monsieur Cl\u00e9ment, franchiseurs de l’enseigne. J’ai \u00e9galement aim\u00e9 le principe de ne pas remplir les cartouches directement en magasin. J’ai donc ouvert la premi\u00e8re franchise Ink’Eko en Mai 2007 \u00e0 Saint-Vincent-de-Tyrosse. <\/p>\n

ACF : M\u00eame s’il est encore difficile de parler d’image de marque ou de notori\u00e9t\u00e9, comment pensez-vous que les clients per\u00e7oivent l’enseigne ?<\/em>
<\/strong>PB : Je suppose que les clients per\u00e7oivent tr\u00e8s bien l’enseigne, puisqu’une grande partie d’entre eux revient dans le magasin. Cela est d\u00fb non seulement \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 du mat\u00e9riel que nous vendons, mais aussi au service apport\u00e9, \u00e0 l’accueil dans le magasin<\/p>\n

ACF : Pour vous, en tant que franchis\u00e9, quels sont les atouts de l’appartenance au r\u00e9seau Ink’Eko ?<\/em>
<\/strong>PB : Pour moi, le principal atout est la disponibilit\u00e9 et l’accompagnement des franchiseurs. Je peux les appeler \u00e0 tout moment pour des questions techniques et j’ai toujours une r\u00e9ponse rapide ! De plus, ils m’offrent un r\u00e9el accompagnement dans mon d\u00e9marchage commercial, ce qui est vraiment appr\u00e9ciable.
Apr\u00e8s une formation d’une semaine dans le magasin pilote de Paris puis au centre technique de Creil, j’ai pu apprendre beaucoup sur le m\u00e9tier et sur la technique du produit, ce qui m’a permis d’\u00eatre rapidement op\u00e9rationnel. Nous b\u00e9n\u00e9ficions \u00e9galement d’un logiciel propre \u00e0 Ink’Eko qui nous aide dans la gestion des stocks, des approvisionnements et des ventes. Il est tr\u00e8s pratique et tr\u00e8s simple d’utilisation. <\/p>\n

AC Franchise : Comment se porte votre activit\u00e9 aujourd’hui ? Rencontrez-vous des difficult\u00e9s ?<\/em>
<\/strong>PB : Mon activit\u00e9 se porte plut\u00f4t bien. Il est encore difficile de parler de chiffres \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que cela ne fait que 7 mois que je suis franchis\u00e9 Ink’Eko. Cependant, j’ai fait l’erreur de ne pas assez axer mon activit\u00e9 sur le commercial et sur le d\u00e9marchage des entreprises, qui devraient repr\u00e9senter 70% de mon chiffre d’affaires. D’ailleurs, c’est le principal conseil que je donnerai aux futurs franchis\u00e9s Ink’Eko : d\u00e9marcher les entreprises d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but, quitte \u00e0 fermer le magasin pendant une journ\u00e9e car il n’y a rien de plus important et de plus efficace que le contact physique ! Il s’agit \u00e9galement de la condition indispensable \u00e0 leur r\u00e9ussite. <\/p>\n

ACF : En Conclusion, \u00eates vous satisfait d’\u00eatre franchis\u00e9 Ink’Eko ?
<\/em><\/strong>PB : Oui, je suis tr\u00e8s satisfait. J’ai un excellent contact avec le franchiseur, qui m’apporte son exp\u00e9rience et son savoir-faire. C’est exactement ce que j’attendais de la franchise et de la cr\u00e9ation de mon entreprise sous une enseigne en place ! <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
