AC Franchise : Vous venez d’ouvrir en septembre 2004 , comment cela se passe pour vous ?<\/h3>\n
\u00a0Emmanuel Rey<\/b> : Ecoutez cela se passe tr\u00e8s bien, nous avons en effet install\u00e9 notre magasin de 150 m2, dont 110 de surface de vente, dans un beau quartier de N\u00eemes, \u00e0 un emplacement situ\u00e9 au carrefour de deux grands boulevards avec passage de nombreux v\u00e9hicules et la possibilit\u00e9 de stationner. Nous avons fait une installation agr\u00e9able puis avons mis tout en uvre pour nous faire conna\u00eetre par la publicit\u00e9 et le bouche \u00e0 oreille. Nous commen\u00e7ons \u00e0 \u00eatre connu dans N\u00eemes, o\u00f9 n’existait pas ce type d’activit\u00e9 de confection sur mesure pour la maison. Aujourd’hui nos r\u00e9sultats sont en harmonie avec nos pr\u00e9visions.\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

ACF : Comment avez-vous fix\u00e9 votre choix pour KA International ?<\/h3>\n
\u00a0ER<\/b> : D’abord le concept m’a plu. Je viens du textile puisque j’\u00e9tais chez Gap en distribution textile, mais je souhaitais d’une part revenir \u00e0 N\u00eemes, dont je suis originaire, et quitter le pr\u00eat-\u00e0-porter, le tissu d’ameublement me convenait. J’ai \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9duit par la qualit\u00e9 du produit, la diversit\u00e9 de l’offre avec 350 r\u00e9f\u00e9rences de tissus, mais aussi le rapport qualit\u00e9 \/prix et la bonne r\u00e9putation de cette enseigne, j’\u00e9tais moi m\u00eame client de KA sur Paris<\/b>. Il y avait un cr\u00e9neau pour ce genre de boutique \u00e0 N\u00eemes c’est ce qui a emport\u00e9 ma d\u00e9cision.\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

ACF : Quels sont les \u00e9ventuelles difficult\u00e9s que vous avez rencontr\u00e9es au d\u00e9part ?<\/h3>\n
\u00a0ER<\/b> : Au d\u00e9part, peut-\u00eatre une difficult\u00e9 de tr\u00e9sorerie, en fait durant trois mois il faut assurer l’activit\u00e9 du magasin, les clients mettent un peu de temps \u00e0 se d\u00e9cider pour un produit, ils prennent contact puis reviennent avec leur femme ou leur mari, cela peut prendre trois semaines pour une vente. Il s’agit de r\u00e9aliser une d\u00e9coration avec rideaux confectionn\u00e9s sur mesure et meubles tapiss\u00e9s \u00e9ventuellement, ce n’est pas un achat d’impulsion. Puis on est confront\u00e9 \u00e0 quelques al\u00e9as comme le retard de livraison ou le meuble endommag\u00e9 dans le transport, mais ce sont des probl\u00e8mes que nous pouvons surmonter.\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

ACF : Quels conseils donneriez-vous \u00e0 un futur franchis\u00e9 de KA International ?<\/h3>\n
ER <\/b>: D’abord choisir un bon emplacement avec un bon visuel puis surtout de faire fonctionner le r\u00e9seau relationnel, le bouche \u00e0 oreille est tr\u00e8s important dans ce m\u00e9tier.
