AC Franchise : Pourquoi avez-vous d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d’adh\u00e9rer au r\u00e9seau de franchise Solvimo ?
<\/em>Laurent Monnet <\/strong>: J’ai travaill\u00e9 pendant 12 ans dans le domaine para bancaire, o\u00f9 j’ai exerc\u00e9 diff\u00e9rentes missions et fonctions tr\u00e8s enrichissantes et formatrices. Mais au bout de 12 ann\u00e9es, j’ai souhait\u00e9 quitter ce grand groupe et ainsi \u00eatre plus autonome et cr\u00e9er ma propre activit\u00e9. J’ai alors raisonn\u00e9 en\u00a0tant que cr\u00e9ateur d’entreprise. De part mon exp\u00e9rience dans les services, je souhaitais exercer une activit\u00e9 qui corresponde \u00e0 mon savoir-faire. Or, je consid\u00e8re l’immobilier comme \u00e9tant une activit\u00e9 de services aussi bien pour le propri\u00e9taire que pour l’acqu\u00e9reur, et le service ne s’arr\u00eate pas \u00e0 la transaction puisqu’on aide aussi pour le financement, les diagnosticsOuvrir une agence immobili\u00e8re m’a permis de limiter les risques contrairement \u00e0 d’autres activit\u00e9s : en effet, il n’y a pas de stock, ni de charges fixes importantes Enfin, pourquoi j’ai choisi Solvimo ? J’ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une \u00e9tude de march\u00e9 et j’ai \u00e9tudi\u00e9 d’autres r\u00e9seaux de franchise car le choix n’\u00e9tait pas \u00e9vident. Mais le premier \u00e9l\u00e9ment qui a retenu mon attention a \u00e9t\u00e9 le syst\u00e8me de redevance fixe qui ne p\u00e9nalise pas les franchis\u00e9s qui font de gros chiffres d’affaires. En effet, quand j’ai fait ma recherche je me suis demand\u00e9 quelle \u00e9tait la plus-value des autres r\u00e9seaux qui me demandaientt plus cheret je n’ai pas per\u00e7u de diff\u00e9rence. <\/p>\n

ACF : Quelle est la principale difficult\u00e9 que vous avez du surmonter pour cr\u00e9er votre affaire ?<\/em><\/strong>
LM<\/strong> : Le plus dur pour moi a \u00e9t\u00e9 de me lancer. Avant j’\u00e9tais salari\u00e9, donc j’ai eu l’impression de \u00ab sauter dans le vide \u00bb quand j’ai pris la d\u00e9cision d’ouvrir ma propre agence. C’est la d\u00e9couverte d’un nouvel univers, mais l’avantage de la franchise et donc d’adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 un r\u00e9seau, c’est le fait d’\u00eatre entour\u00e9, ce qui permet d’att\u00e9nuer cette sensation et ainsi de se sentir moins seul. Une autre difficult\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 de choisir la ville d’implantation de l’agence et le local ; car il est fondamental d’\u00eatre bien plac\u00e9. Mais le franchiseur m’a aid\u00e9 dans ces d\u00e9marches que ce soit pour l’\u00e9tude d’implantation, pour valider mon choix du local,\u00a0ou pour n\u00e9gocier le bail. <\/p>\n

ACF\u00a0 : Que vous a apport\u00e9 l’appartenance au r\u00e9seau Solvimo ?<\/em><\/strong>
LM <\/strong>: En premier lieu, je dirai l’accompagnement, car c’est fondamental. Un nouveau franchis\u00e9 suit tout d’abord une formation th\u00e9orique d’un mois et ensuite de 2 semaines de pratique au sein d’une agence en \u00e9tant accompagn\u00e9 par un franchis\u00e9 existant. Le r\u00e9seau permet aussi de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d’aide pour la cr\u00e9ation d’entreprise (experts comptables par exemple). Par ailleurs, le fait d’adh\u00e9rer au r\u00e9seau permet de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de la structure d’animation : un animateur r\u00e9gional est pr\u00e9sent pour l’ouverture de l’agence mais aussi r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement tout au long de l’ann\u00e9e. Enfin, le r\u00e9seau de franchise Solvimo se diff\u00e9rencie de ses confr\u00e8res gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses outils marketing innovants. Par exemple, Solvimo a lanc\u00e9 un nouveau produit \u00ab Atout Vente \u00bb qui propose aux propri\u00e9taires une indemnit\u00e9 si le bien n’est pas vendu dans les 3 mois, en \u00e9change de l’exclusivit\u00e9 sur le bien. <\/p>\n

ACF\u00a0 : Quelle \u00e9volution avez-vous connu depuis votre ouverture ?<\/em><\/strong>
LM<\/strong> : Malgr\u00e9 un march\u00e9 pas tr\u00e8s porteur, nous sommes \u00e0 +28% par rapport \u00e0 l’exercice ant\u00e9rieur. Mon activit\u00e9 sur Valence m’a donc permis d’ouvrir une deuxi\u00e8me agence en d\u00e9but d’ann\u00e9e 2006 et cette agence conna\u00eet un meilleur d\u00e9marrage que la premi\u00e8re. Mon \u00e9quipe est donc pass\u00e9e de 3 personnes \u00e0 10 personnes aujourd’hui sur les 2 agences. <\/p>\n

ACF : Quel est le principal conseil que vous donneriez \u00e0 quelqu’un qui veut devenir franchis\u00e9 dans votre m\u00e9tier ? <\/em><\/strong>
LM <\/strong>: je pense qu’il faut surtout rencontrer les franchis\u00e9s du r\u00e9seau avant de se lancer, car il n’y a pas d’int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 ce qu’un franchis\u00e9 vous mente, s’il ne croit pas en son r\u00e9seau vous le sentirez. Il faut donc profiter de cette sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9 entre franchis\u00e9 et futur franchis\u00e9 pour faire son choix.<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
